close to the train station. Clean modern room albeit small. When we arrived to try and leave our bags prior to check in the room was ready and they allowed us to check in early. We had an early train on the day of departure so they left our breakfast for us the night before which was a big help.

It is a very good location, close to all public transport, including trains, buses, and taxis. The hotel is in a peaceful and safe area, with very comfortable rooms that were clean and beautifully maintained. I would like to extend my special thanks to Valerie, who was extremely helpful and took great care of us. I also want to commend Pany, the housekeeping staff member, who kept our room and the entire place beautifully clean and safe. All the best to you all!🍻

Location is near Termini, 10min walk. The room was very clean, it has a cute little terrace where you can have breakfast when its warm outside. You get all you need, towels, shampoo, soap. They clean every day. They offer a sweet breakfast, croissants, jam and butter, Nutela, yogurt, juice, coffee. They serve it in your room.

We had a problem with water, there is a blockage of hot water, so you have to wait and check when it is going to get warm/hot. Can be tricky when you want to take the shower in the night and there is no hot water. Staff is ok, but sometimes they are not at the reception. You do get the key for that door, but it is different when you have to check in and wait for them. Also if you check in after 22h, you pay 10euros per person.

We had an amazing experience at this property. We arrived early and we were given a room for a few minutes to change and freshen up. The rooms are really clean, modern and spacious enough. The staff was polite and we didn't have any problem. The breakfast was good enough for a couple with mostly sugary options included. The coffee was nice as well. This is your best option for stay in Rome as it is 20-30minutes from all attractions and close to the metro if you'd like to go further away, Vatican for example. 10/10

Great location, 30 minutes walk from the colloseum, 30 minutes from the trevi fountain. There were loads of nice restaurants in the area and it was very close to termini train station. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was spacious. It had a wardrobe and lots of mirrors and a cute balcony. They serve a delicious breakfast in your room each morning, lovely coffee, pastries and fruit juice. The staff were amazing and let us keep our bags there after check out.

The beds were not very comfortable but for 3 nights it was ok.

Very clean room and a comfortable bed, had a good night sleep. Delicious breakfast every morning, fresh pastries and nice coffee. Friendly staff and great location, close to Termini station. I am sure that this is the best quality place to stay with this kind of price. I was scared to book it as the price was on the lower side, compared to other properties around, but the hotel definalitely met my expectations.

The street is a bit loud but theres nothing the hotel can do about it. Bathroom could use a bit of renovation but on the other hand it was super clean.

it is located in a strange buidling full of these hotels... it is dirty on the main entrance and the elevator is quite claustrofobic :) breakfast is tooo basic: a toast+croisant + nutela/jam, espresso and a glass of juice, but this hotel is for short stays and it is all about the location

It might be a basic hotel but they offer exceptional service for what they charge. The staff were friendly & hotel was clean. It’s easy to get from Roma Termini. I spent 3 nights & my accommodation included breakfast. I had a early morning check out & on my last day when I got back to my room I found that they had left a ready made breakfast for me of basic snacks. I wasn’t expecting this but none the less grateful. The room is small but you get a mini bar fridge, desk, bathroom. It has everything you need & they do have aircon for a extra 10 euro’s a night.

You need to pay the Tourist tax in cash. it wasn’t a issue because I always travel with a small amount of cash but just be aware.

The host went above and beyond in accommodating our needs. For example, she went out of her way to leave us breakfast the morning of our departure because she knew we were leaving very early in the morning and would not be in Rome at the time breakfast normally started. Room and amenities all to a very good standard.

Great location, super breakfast, lady that serves and clean is very nice. Room is cleaned every day and you get new towels.

Wifi was slow and walls are thin like in all this tipe property's (refurbished big condos to small apartments).
