The staff was super! They were so friendly and helpful. They communicated frequently and were very responsive to our questions. Our flight arrived way before our check-in time but we were allowed to leave our luggage with them and start our Rome adventures. The bags were in our room when we got in that evening. Our room was a nice size, it was quiet & the shower and bathroom were very nice. The A/C was wonderfully cold, which was extremely helpful since it was 100+ degrees outside and we roasted all day while sightseeing. We didn't know anything about Rome and didn't know exactly where to stay but this turned out to be the perfect spot! There are so many great restaurants and places to get gelato (our favorite) within walking distance. We walked to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Trevi Fountain. There are 2 bus stops on the square to get you to the places a little further away.

The bed and pillows in our room were very firm. We prefer softer mattresses. Just a preference.

Brilliant location, so easy to get to and incredibly central for everything I wanted to do. I was able to walk everywhere from there. Really friendly and helpful staff who were easy to contact even outside of normal hours, and who helped with transfers from the airport. My room had a great terrace, which was lovely.

My only gripe was the door to my room. I was in a kind of extra room on a 'half' floor up some metal steps. The room itself was lovely, but I really struggled to lock the door (although they did send someone out when I contacted them) and because it was a sliding door not a wall it wasn't very sound proof.

The location of this property was absolutely Exceptional, within walking distance of all the major attractions. Also on the ground floor on the street below there was a very nice authentic restaurant that is a must if you are staying here. The staff are friendly and the rooms were very clean

The only complaint I would have about this place was that the walls and the soundproofing was pretty poor. In the morning you could hear the full conversation of guest outside in the hall and having breakfast

We loved our stay at Little Queen Suites. The staff were very helpful and responsive, the location was fantastic and the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. We highly recommend staying here if you are in Rome.

Location Location. The specific boutique hotel is located close to everything. It is a small boutique hotel located close to all major attractions. Friendly staff, easy check in. We booked one of the suites which I have to say in terms of the rest hotels in Rome, the size is satisfactory for 2 people and 2 big bags. Wi-Fi is very fast. On the plus side that the TV gave you the option to use Netflix for free (without logging in your account) Next to the hotel you can find a small super market, a taxi stand, and one of the best restaurants. Check out was easy as well it only took 2 minutes.

Rooms only have air-cons and I am afraid with the February cold they were not enough. We had it at 31 degrees and still during the night it felt very called. Inside the bathroom they have no heating so again taking a shower was not the best thing. The pressure of the water inside the bathroom sink was low, so it was difficult to use it. Breakfast was I am afraid basic and I think that for 175 euros per night you expect more. Breakfast area non existent as they used a hallway of the hotel which was next to rooms (avoid rooms in the hallway otherwise you will hear people having breakfast from 8:30 in the morning) Overall I think a great choice but very expensive in terms of what it offers (I have to mention again the heating and the breakfast)

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location is excellent - you can travel in all the major touristic attraction on foot. Also, I liked the ceiling of the room and the view of the room was in front of ancient ruins.

Unfortunately, even though I likes the staff that was helpful with everything, there were not many choices for breakfast. Moreover, the breakfast area was too small. Also, there were some spider webs in the ceiling of our room that did not belong there.

Location was very good. Very quirky having a shower in the main part of the room.

Need milk cartons in the room for Tea! The Uk love milk in English breakfast tea! So we were unable to have any in the room and always had to ask for it at breakfast. Bigger selection of fruit at breakfast would be good

The location is central, easy to walk everywhere. The room had an amazing view of the Torre di Largo Argentina ruins. It is a historic property with beautiful painted ceilings in the room. The room had a double window, so we were not disrupted by the sounds of traffic below. The room was a generous size and very comfortably furnished. The staff members were communicative, helpful, and kind, very accommodating to help us store luggage after check out. It was winter when we visited, and the room was nice and warm.

My stay was short of just one (1) day. The location is wonderful and close to all the historic monuments that you can do on foot. And the view from our room is beautiful. But everything was incredible, the service Paulo's Customer Service and attention to help us with the transfer to the airport was impeccable.

Having stayed a little while and not having enjoyed it better. But I hope to return soon.

The room was not huge but ample given the fabulous inner city location. The upper floor is recently renovated, clean and well-appointed. We loved our stay.

The drains backed up a little from time to time but this may be a city problem. The shower in located in the bedroom, which was fine for us but might not suit everyone! The tiny lift is a bit of a battle, but typical of this type of old building and a mall price to pay for a great accommodation overall.
