A truly fantastic place to stay in Rome! The staff were accommodating from the very beginning by waiting for us for a late check-in and being friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room we stayed in had great views of the temple and the property is a short walk away from all the main attractions and bus stops. Cold bottled water was free and available whenever we needed it. We could leave our luggage before our flight.

Could have more variety at breakfast but this is a very minor thing

When we arrived,it didn,t look particularly impressive,such an old building.But the stay was most enjoyable.The staff couldn,t do enough for you,the room was spotless,and the location was perfect.If we returned to Rome,we would use Temple View again.

The host was very friendly, helpful, and kind. Breakfast was self-service with a good selection The beds and pillows are really comfy. The shower was quite powerful with plenty of room. We had a room with a view, the only drawback was at night, there was quite a lot of noise, but you would expect that in a city area. Temple view is within walking distance to most of the sites, so we didn't need to use Transport . Overall, we had an amazing time.

Central location, the staff and the provided breakfast and snacks. Also the room was very clean.

Accessing the room after hours was a little confusing but I was able to reach the staff and was assisted. The room was very small and had a view to the parking lot. For the amount of money paid it was not a good value. This is considering the time of year I visited and it was not my first time staying in the area so I know the prices in the area very well.

The central location of this property is fantastic. It puts all of the famous Rome landmarks within walking distance. The Pantheon is just a 5 minute walk, the Colosseum just 20 mins and the Vatican just 25 minutes. The staff were very welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was air conditioned and very well presented. Thoroughly recommend.

“Temple View” was in a great location and was clean with very friendly and helpful staff.

The property had floor boards throughout so were noisy when someone walked on them outside the room. Maybe a carpet runner in the main walkway and a rug/mat in the bedroom would remove this issue. The lights were also left on overnight in the hallway which came through the room.

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable.once we were settled the host was very helpful and welcoming. The open kitchen with water, yogurt and breakfast food was a plus.

We arrived very tired from the USA at 8 pm. No one was there to check us in. We stayed in front of a closed door until other guests came in and were able to contact the host by phone. Not acceptable!

The property was beautiful, there were absolutely no issues! The host was very helpful, the room was spacious and the bathroom and water all worked well. The kitchen also had little treats you could help yourself to as well as cold bottled water. The locations was also perfect, 15 minute walk to most popular sites. We couldn’t fault this property at all, our favourite place to stay during our 5 week Europe trip.

Beautiful room and view. Exceptionally comfortable bed! Amazing location and just so close to everything and a taxi rank is right around the corner as well if you wish to go a little further afield. Friendly staff.

Slight language barrier at times and a few simple questions, staff didn't understand. But I equally didn't understand them, so no one's fault really. Could do with a slightly better selection of food in the kitchen as it was the same each morning. It can be a little creepy at night walking back into the hotel alone as the elevator is quite small, dark and old, but if you use the stairs it takes ages. On the whole though, a really great hotel.

Great location, clean, character, good breakfast. Kitchen area is small with a table and two chairs. However there were no other guests around when we had breakfast. If there was you can take it to your room. Don’t let the front door put you off.

You are in Rome and as it’s an old building so even the double glazed windows don’t block all the noise. The road out the side had a loose plate that banged when a car occasionally ran over it. It took some getting use to.
