We really like this place. Location was awesome. Not so crowded area, close to Colosseum, metro station and few bus stations. Very good supermarket just nearby. And what I personally like is their old and fancy elevator. Staff was nice and polite. So everything was good.

Honestly I have no idea why people are complaining about this place in the comments. Host offers exactly what is described. Yes rooms are not very big, toilet also. But everything is described and you could see it from the pictures as well. I personally like this place, it met my expectations. I'm writing this section only for the people, who could be worried because of other comments. This is really good place for his price. Yes, it's not 3-5 start hotel, but not like you're booking a hotel. So everything is good here. The only real issue was the walls. They're really tiny and we could hear what's happening in other rooms, but again it was not so horrible or very annoying. So everything is good

It was in a great location. An easy walk to the Coliseum and we also walked from Termini station ( a little far with the luggage). It was a little weird getting into the place. It doesn’t have a sign, just a big old door so make sure you have a prearranged time. They were great about answering my messages on the chat. We would definitely stay there again. Also a great grocery store right near with lots of very inexpensive wines!

The check in process was a little stressful. We got there and there wasn’t a sign or anything.

Excellent location! Within walking distance of the key historic sites in Rome. Facilities were clean.

Google maps listed this as a hotel with free breakfast, and some reviews mentioned a free breakfast, so we were disappointed to learn no breakfast was included with our stay. Also, we arrived late (after 11 pm), and I'm not sure we would have been able to get through the outside door to get in if we weren't fortunate enough to follow someone else in.

Excellent Location within walking distance of the main attractions and also close to the metro and bus trams if needed. Marina on reception was very friendly and welcoming. The room is small but very clean with everything you need and is also very quiet and peaceful for a good nights sleep. Sometimes a tiny bit of noise from the old doors in the building. Shower was excellent. I would stay here again if ever back in Rome

It was a perfect stay at the middle of the historical city of Rome located within 1 km from Colosseum and just over a km from Roma Termini station. Very clean and comfortable room with a balcony and plenty of air and lights. The AC really can cool down the room unlike most of the hotels of Italy. Both room and toilet looked very well maintained. Bonus point was the nice and helpful behavior of the host. She went beyond our expectations with her helpfulness. Highly recommended.

The air conditioning!! Also our room was cleaned while we were out. All bathroom facilities worked perfectly, great location with easy walking to the train station and nearby attractions, also restaurants nearby. There's an elevator, it was safe, and our view was nice.

The bed was very very firm.

The location is great, about 10-15min on foot from the Termini station. It's very close to the Colosseum as well, and Villa Borghese can be reached on foot quickly. Also the staff was cool and reimbursed us the city tax for the one person that couldn't make it.

Nothing that I didn't like about the property itself, but rather the building. It's in one of the old buildings, just like any other hotel or BnB in Rome.

The room was comfortable, very clean and good natural lighting. Walking distance from Colosseum.

The bathroom was ok but it didn't have good equipment, for example a mirror, or place to hang the towels or put the toothbrush.

The location was just perfect to explore Rome, really easy to get there on foot from the main train station. Also, the metro station was really close. Cool restaurants in the area. There was only a minor misunderstanding from my side when I did the check-out the guy at the reception asked me "happy"? and what I understood is "coffee" and I said no thanks and I just saw his face really surprised, then a few minutes later I realized my mistake. I hope he will read the comment to let him know about my mistake and that everything was perfect.

The property was low key and casual. I liked how the staff was nice and welcoming. The room was spacious and had storage for the clothes The blackout windows are great for a nice dark room ambiance. Only a short walk away from the metro station and 15 min from Termini, is a well located property.

The internet was a bit spotty, and the room didn’t have a table, which made it hard for me as I needed to work from there a few days out of the trip. The breakfast offered is simple but sufficient. However, since the guests are to do the dishes I could see the things were not as clean and I got a few dirty dishes while trying to eat. I would have liked the bathroom, and specially the shower to have more storage space, to put the toiletries.
