Nice little guesthouse with 4 rooms which was a 5-10 minute walk from the colosseum! Lovely lady who greeted us was so helpful in giving us information about all the attractions and things to do and recommendations. The room was clean and had soap and shower gel/shampoo and most things we needed. Was a nice touch to leave complementary fruit and water and wine in the room! Breakfast was nice with coffee/pastries/Mediterranean style breakfast etc. Everyone we met at the property was very kind. Location we found was great - about a 15 minute walk from the train station in a nice part of the neighbourhood, and 5 mins to domus aurea and 10 mins to the colosseum/forum/palatine hill. Metro station also close by for coming back / going further to the other side of the city. Lovely restaurant round the corner and others a short walk away in Monti. They also were very kind and let us leave our bags there for the day after we checked out and gave us a spare key to be able to retrieve them before our flight which was very generous. We had a great stay there and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Rome and would stay here again if we come back to Rome!

As others have said, the walls are a little thin and you can hear other guests coming in/out mainly in the morning, but didn’t cause too much trouble for us and just bring some earplugs! There are basic toiletries these but would need to bring conditioner/moisturiser. Small things, otherwise everything was great!

When we arrived to the place, the host was waiting for us right outside the apartment building. He kindly showed us the place and told us all the information we needed, I thought it was very nice and quite extraordinary in Rome, usually we search for the right apartment building and entrance for a while before we manage to find it and get inside :). We got some free fruits as a gift. The room was very clean and looked beautiful, even though bit small but that is normal here. We appreciated the location really close to the center of Rome.

The reception, help and support from the staff was excellent, as my partner had hurt his knees. The room was very practical, clean and updated, had even a small fridge, soft towels and wonderful soaps. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful with great coffee. Felt homey, quiet and was very convenient (with a lift) at short distance from Roma Termini and other main locations such as the Colosseum.

I have no negative comments, but the room could have been slightly bigger and the placement next to the appartment door was a bit noisy (because of other guests).

Staff were amazing, friendly and kind. They made us a packed Breakfast because we had an early tour the following morning and wouldn't make breakfast. Location is a 10 minute walk to Colosseum which was amazing. I asked for extra pillows for the second night and staff were happy to accommodate.

Bed was hard but have found that to be the case in most hotels in Italy. Our extractor fan in the bathroom ala went of everytime your turned the light on, staff advised they had tried to have it fixed. You have to keep turning light on and off until it would stop.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. Starting with Steffano who showed us around, gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and water in our fridge and fruit. He also provided a map and gave us hints and tips on things nearby including some good views. Orianna was also very friendly and recommended a local park which we loved and went to twice. The breakfast was simple but had fruits, yoghurt, coffee and croissants which were a lovely treat.

The fridge was a little noisy but we turned it off and there was no problem.

The room was very large and had plenty of space to store all our stuff. Aircon worked brilliantly, which was very fortunate because Rome was so hot when we were there. The host/manager was so friendly and kind - she took the time to tell us all the must see places in Rome for our stay. She even had a bottle of champagne in the mini fridge for us and provided a great breakfast for us each day. Location was good, about a 10 minute walk from Vittorio Emanuele Metro (15 minutes if you're carrying luggage). Was a very pleasant stay and would come again if we found ourselves in Rome again.

The property was a little hard to find. It's initially accessed through an intercom followed by you being buzzed in for entry to the courtyard gate. It took us a while to find that door to the property, but eventually made it. But this was only a very small inconvenience compared to the rest of the stay.

Everything about the guest house was amazing! We had one of the 4 rooms (with private bathroom, etc.) and there is a kitchen area for breakfast as well. The location is perfect - 14 min walk from Termini train station, 15 min from the Colloseum. We walked absolutely everywhere. The area where the house is located is very nice, a lovely neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants that looked good just round the house as well. Breakfast had everything you needed - nespresso coffee, tea, croissants, bread, ham, cheese, etc. and very nice yoghurts and musli/granola, as well as some fruit. I cannot explain how nice our host Anna has been. She is honestly the nicest person you can meet, she is super helpful with any information you need, so nice to chat to and took great care of us. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Lovely staff. Close to Colosseum and other main attractions. Surrounded by lots of options for restaurants and supermarket a short walk. About a 15 minute walk from main train station. Breakfast offered was really good. Comfy bed.

This is a Guest House. Tricky to find if you haven’t received specific instructions before arrival. Lifts were out when we arrived so had to carry our bags up stairs. They were running the next day. You need to be conscious of noise. The hall light flicked on and off all night but didn’t worry us.

We really enjoyed our stay here it was in a great location only 10 mins walk to the colosseum, everyone we came into contact with was absolutely lovely and was able to answer all of our questions about Rome, what to do and where to eat.

Can be a bit noisy at night with other guests coming and going as the walls are quite thin but not a deal breaker

Great Room and exceptional Host

Stefano was an exceptional host orgaised a Taxi from the airport at last minute, the room is just beautiful and clean, lovely touch with a bottle of wine and beautiful fresh fruit. The location is amazing as its only a few minutes walk to the Colosseum, and lots of great resturants in the neighbourhood. The breakfast was also fantastic and a lovley lady preparing and making coffee. We would highly reccomend this hotel for stays in Rome.
