Staff was very friendly, we liked big and comfortable rooms and bed, functional air conditioner.

Wi-fi didn't work at all, breakfast was served nearby, only cafe and one piece of sweet pastry. We would appreciate this information before.

Thank you Sheryl! You made our stay in Rome amazing. You are very kind and helpful. The accomodation is very comfortable, we were feeling like a home. It is located very strategy - near everywhere. The direction from the airport Fiumicino - go by train to the Termini station (you can buy tickets in the machines at the platform), take a metro orange line "A" (need to buy another simple ticket in the metro! ticket from the train is no valid for public transport) to the metro station Lepanto and then go by walk about 10 minutes to the accomodation. Breakfast was very delicious - fresh juice, croasants, egs, jogurts, italians proscuito, selections of hot drinks. We saved our luggages in the accomodation after our check-out because we vere leaving Rome at afternoon. It was very fine, because we had our last walk, shopping and lunch very comfortable. Thank you Sheryl again!

I cannot fault this accommodation - the location was excellent for us, about 10-15mins walk to St Peter's. Loads of shops, restaurants and Cafe Bars in the area. Also walking distance for us to get to the nearest Hop On Hop Off bus stop across the river. The lady in charge of the accommodation, Sheryl, was fabulous - so kind and helpful. As we were away before breakfast time each morning we were still able to avail of fruit, juice, yoghurts etc from the dining room to take with us each morning. The room itself was very spacious, comfy bed, great shower and view onto the main street. Tea/Coffee facilities in room. Small fridge also available in our room and a water fountain outside the front door to refill you water bottles.

Breakfast was great and the staff was helpful and very nice. Only 6 minutes walk to the metro or 5 minutes to where the SIT bus drops off/picks up for the airport. If needing transportation to/from the airport, i recomend SIT bus (choose Vatican option) since its cheap (7€ per person) and drops you off by the castle. Room was clean and nicely decorated. If you dont have wifi for check in, dont worry, they have a buzzer at the door.

Have to fill in the check in form online which isnt that great (recommend you upload photos of your passport rafher than take pictures on the spot because it kept timing out on me).

This was a fantastic little B&B with exceptional service. The owner was extremely helpful in communicating via WhatsApp regarding how best I could store my luggage both before and after my stay. She also provided very clear instructions, complete with videos, for how to check in when no one would be at the reception desk. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and pretty, and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning also worked great! The location of the hotel is excellent-- just a few minutes walk from the Metro, which you can take to most of the major sites. I booked this hotel specifically because of its proximity to the Vatican, since we had a 7:15 am tour. This proved a great decision, as we were just minutes from the tour meeting spot. I also enjoyed all of the excellent restaurants and gelaterias in the area. This is an upscale shopping district that's much quieter than the city center. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Le Stanze dei Orazio again. I highly recommend it!

Nothing-- everything was great!

Excellent location with easy access to main tourist attractions and restaurants. The rooms were lovely and and very clean. The rooms were cleaned every day. They weren't doing breakfast so they gave us vouchers for breakfast in a café around the corner which worked out fine. I would give it a 10 out of 10 when they can offer breakfast at the B and B again. I will definitely be staying here again as it so clean and the staff were super friendly.

Only thing is they couldn't offer breakfast at the B and B but that was okay because alternative arrangements were made by them. No complaints.

The host was exceptional and very welcoming. The breakfast was filling. There were options for croissants, bread, yogurt, orange juice, toast, ham, sliced cheese, bananas and apples. The host also offered coffee as well. The bathroom and shower was amazing with multiple shower heads and a blue mood lighting that I think should have been an advertisement point because we were very pleased with it! The room and bed were also comfortable, spacious and clean. The neighbor was nice. The propriety was located about a 15 minute walk from the Lepanzo stop and made it nice for catching the metro to other areas of Rome. But, it’s also within walking distance of a lot of attractions. This was our first time in Rome and we were worried about staying somewhere rundown or in a dangerous area but this was not the case. Overall we would recommend staying here. If we’re ever in Rome again, this will be the place we stay at! Thank you for a great experience!

Small B&B, very cosy and homely. In a brilliant location, just out of all the hustle and bustle but still only a 10 minute walk to the main tourist spots. Rooms very absolutely fab!! Very clean! Lovely nice breakfast every morning to start the day off! And lastly.. the lovely host Sheryl was absolute amazing, so helpful and give us some tips whilst staying in the city!! Would stay here again, when we visit Rome!

Nothing - truly a brilliant stay!

I love this little charming B&B. Great location to get around all places you wanna see by foot. Nice shower with perfect temperature and water pressure; comfortable bed with zero bad night sleep; busy noisy and fun street right outside your window until when it's closed for a peace and quiet; clean sheets, floors, bathrooms and window drapes have completely passed my OCD; high ceilings make the room bright and spacious; the genuine warm thoughtuful service make you feel home away from home, and above all, it's very affordable.

The key to the room seems a little weird but it is not an issue at all after you get used to it

Cleanliness, location and Sheryl are the strengths of this guesthouse. Sheryl is the perfect host, always ready to help you.
