Overall this property was wonderful for our stay in Rome! Good central location within Rome and very close to a taxi station, but otherwise all attractions were within reasonable walking distances. Room was clean, comfy bed, had a small private bathroom and an AC unit that helped keep things nice and cool at night. Breakfast was wonderful; we got vouchers that we took to a small cafe, Giordi, in the Piazza Campo de Fiori (maybe 2 minute walk from the property) and would redeem them for a pastry and caffe of our choosing (typically a croissant and cappuccino) and then we also got a small glass of orange juice. It was a quintessential Italian breakfast overlooking the market.

The entry door is a little tucked away so it was a bit tricky finding initially.

This place is a gem! It comes up as a hotel, and it's really a bed and breakfast. It is located conveniently close to everything you want to see. Pantheon 5 min walk, colosseum 15m, Vatican city 20 min. It doesn't get any better. We had the family suite, which includes a fairly spacious room with a queen size, comfortable, beautiful bed, and a pullout sofa, perfect for our two teen kids. The entry way has a couple of extra chairs, a small fridge, espresso maker, and a tea kettle. Compliments coffee, tea, and water bottles were provided. We didn't have to share a bathroom. Our bathroom had a shower with jets and a waterfall, toilet and a bidet, and a sink. The never ending supply of hot water is a huge plus! Also, breakfast vouchers and free wifi provided! The manager, Guido, communicated with us before our arrival. He took the initiative and reached out to us, to make sure he'd be there to greet us upon our early arrival. He made sure to be there early to check us in, so that we wouldn't waste any of our valuable time. What a customer service! Thank you, Guido!

The street noise could be bothersome for those who go to bed early, but it quiets down eventually. I imagine that comes with the great, center location.

The authentic and yet large medieval room with original exposed ceiling beams, and original wood window shutters felt like an authentic Roman experience! The location is perfect, looking down over a lively section of Rome and close to the Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. An amazing Michelin approved Japanese restaurant is right downstairs and an authentic pastry shop with delightful owners is next door. A cafe and pastry voucher provided took us to the capo di Fiori market which was lovely! The host was an incredible communicator, punctual, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned for our well being.

The mattress and pillows also felt medieval as if they were stuffed with hay and indented as if a donkey had laid on it. The shower looked like a prop from ‘back to the future’ Time Machine to the 80’s. I was willing to over look the above oddities because the space was an aesthetic authentic experience and the location was great.

The room is very nice and we'll located. It was clean and well kept. The owners were very responsive and nice, they accommodated some special requests we had. The area is super nice and has many restaurants and bars.

Breakfast is served in a coffee shop nearby, which is a very nice place. This can be a slight inconvenience if you were expecting breakfast in the same facility, and it's a very simple Italian breakfast. But this should not discourage you from booking the place.

Stayed in the suite which has three parts: a bedroom, the entrance+coffee corner, and the bathroom. Large bed and sufficient sofa bed for 2+2 adults. Good AC for the entire bedroom (if left ON throughout a hot summer day). Good wifi but only in the common area of the suite. Clean bathroom. Breakfast was from a nice cafe. Location, location, location. Taxi stand is right outside. Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navonna are stones throw away.

No wifi signal in suite bedroom. Breakfast is minimal (croissant, orange juice, coffee). Breakfast cafe was few 100 metres away. Bathroom has glass doors and does not lock, which can be annoying when traveling as more than a couple. No lift but only one floor up.

The location was excellent, we loved the little bakery right outside. the facilities offered everything we needed and were very clean. The communication was excellent and the manager was extremely helpful with directions to the accommodation, he also waited until after 8pm for us to get in at no additional cost. we highly recommend this place.

I read all the reviews before choosing this place, so I knew there was a flight of stairs which didn’t bother us at all, we were aware that it could get noisy later at night/early morning, this didn’t really bother us much and the aircon did get a bit loud, as per reviews, but didn’t worry us.

Host was super helpful and very friendly, no problem with communication about checking in/out. Room was clean and quite big with view to the street (with its pasticceria) and with private bathroom across the hall. Locality was excellent - very close to Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori -> where our breakfast spot was located. For breakfast we had a croissant, juice and cappuccino/espresso. It was awesome to just sip your cappuccino in the morning and watch Campo de Fiori getting busier and markets getting ready for the new day :)))..

The accommodation was very pleasant, clean central room - breakfast was a short walk in a local square. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Guido was exceptionally informative and communicated with us well before and during our stay.

The only down side was our room did not have an ensuite, but we did have our own bathroom in very close proximity.

Guido was great, really took care of us and made us feel at home. The location was amazing! So close to everything. The air condition saved us from the heat and made the whole vacation work for us.

I loved the breakfast, but my kid was disappointed by it being only coffee and croissant at a nearby restaurant.
