Excellent location, walking distance to most attractions. Food facilities and Campo de' Fiore markets almost at doorstep. Rooms are serviced and cleaned each day. Friendly reception and drop off to airport available.

There are two steep staircases to overcome which can be a problem if you have large heavy cases. Our bathroom was very tight.

The bathroom is quite small, which could feel a bit claustrophobic for some guests. It’s a minor drawback considering the unbeatable location, but something to keep in mind if you prefer a more spacious setup.

It’s a nice small hotel in a second floor. Very centric so you can walk almost everywhere. Conveniently with bus stops nearby in case you rather use transportation. The staff that cleans and takes care of it was awesome. You also have a small common area with a microwave, fridge and a good espresso coffee machine. They also provide water from a cooler. It’s a very nice place to stay at.

The fact it’s so centric also has a downside. Very noisy in the mornings when they’re cleaning the restaurant area next to it. Also beware that there’s no elevator and the stairs are steep. Although the reservation was for three the rooms are two single or one double bed, meaning you will probably have to pay for an extra bed. All this is not so easy to find in the hotel specs.

Cookies, mini cake slices, coffee (espresso) and tea for breakfast. Water available to re fill bottles. If you want croissants or more variety for breakfast there is a little bakery just around the corner. The room was spotlessly clean! Linens/towels also. Daily cleaning available if you want that, but we only needed new towels once. Bed comfortable. Enough pillows but just a tiny bit too firm for me. Air conditioner was awesome. Host Federico was wonderful and went out of his way to help with anything we needed! Location was great and a few minutes walk to bus and metro stops for all the sights. Main shopping street via del Corso not too far away by bus or about a 20 min walk. Collesium by bus or a 30 min walk.

Slightly softer pillow…. That’s just personal preference though! Bathroom small BUT spotlessly clean! Location was great and close to bus/metro, piazza Navona, main shopping etc and other little bars/restaurants and cafes…However as it was a great location it was busy and noisy in the evening until late. All you will need to do is take some earplugs! A couple of short flights of stairs to get to second floor.

The place was so nice and cozy. The man met us after midnight. He was so patient and helped us to reach the destination. Thanks a lot for your hospitality and making us feel happy and comfortable all the time.

Location in the city centre, clean small room, coffee maker for you. The owner speeks poor english but he is very kind and helps you anyway.

No windows with view, just a small balcony with no view.

Location is 10/10 within walking distance of all major attractions and also so many good restaurants nearby! Staff are lovely the room was very clean and had daily housekeeping. They even have free water/tea/coffee and some snacks available in the reception area which is a great touch.

It’s on the smaller side so not much room to move around if you have a big suitcase open but honestly it didn’t bother us too much as we were only there for a few days

Very tight bathroom, we booked initially for two nights then extended for a third night. The third night was way more expensive. There are two flight of stair in a narrow staircase to reach the rooms on the first floor.

Friendly staff at reception. Clean and tidy room with good amenities. Great aircon. Central location, and easily walkable to nearby areas. This was a front room looking out onto the occasionally noisy street, but able to close all windows and shutters and control noise levels easily. There was no minifridge in the room, instead a small fridge in a communal guest area/reception which was still safe and convenient to use. Able to prepare coffee and tea in this area as well. Really enjoyed our stay here

Weak water pressure

We didn't expext too much from city appartments, but this room was really comfortable and clean, nice and modern design, free coffee machine and water in a common lounge and a really, really great location. You can reach any monument in rome by foot. A really good ice cream shop, bar and different restaurants are next to it. The owner is very friendly and helpful. All in all it was much nicer than expected and much better then our experience in city apartments in other city. We really can recommend this place!

there was really nothing that bothered us, but what might seem a little difficult for some is the owner's limited english skills. Nothing you couldn't solve with an online translator though.
