The location was the best. On piazza navona, close to everything by walking. The room was quite spacious. We got a basket full of goodies with extra holiday cheer (since it's Christmas). The guy at the reception was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was at a café near the room. It consists of croissants, coffee of your choice, and orange juice. It doesn't sound like much, but it was surprisingly great.

There are two main issues with the room. First, the bed in the room we stayed in was soft (the kind that you sink into), so it caused some pain in the mornings. Second, there was no soundproofing (from outside or the other rooms). It should be fine if you are a heavy sleeper. I will also mention that there are a lot of steps to get to the room, so be aware if you have trouble with that.

The location was good ,5 min walk from piazza navona . Paula & Salvatore are very kind & helpful. They come personally to meet & greet their guests ,which is very rare , they brought bottle of wine & had a chat with us ,heads up on the places to visit . The apartment is right in the middle of restaurants & is very lively,we loved that . The breakfast at the downstairs cafe is good ,croissants were so good that we miss them ,piping hot & crispy. Will recommend this place to our friends & acquaintances. Enjoyed our stay 😁.

No place to dry clothes,not even the basics. Hmmmm.

Location was excellent. Communication from host was great. Marlon who helped check us in and helped throughout our stay was exceptionally helpful. Taking our luggage upon our early morning arrival and sending us in our way to have a day in Rome. He was most courteous at all times. Great communicator. Room was right above a quaint street with trattorias abound. Could be a bit noisy in the front bedroom due to shops putting away their street tables and chairs and taking them out each morning. But nothing a set of headphones didn’t fix. Large enough for three couples to have separate sleeping areas. Kitchen was small but who wants to cook in Rome! Nice to have a fridge though for drinks.

Stairs are steep. We had a few disabled people with us. It was doable but they just took care. A few steps between living room bed and bathroom that they had to take care navigating at night. There was a small leak in one bathroom but again Marlon popped over and helped immediately.

Breakfast was provided at a lovely little café over the road from the hotel. Excellent coffee and service every morning.

Everything about this property was 10 out of 10. You can’t beat the location. Mr. Salvatore was so nice! Flexible and accommodating. They also gave us tips about restaurants, and places to go. This is a family business and it felt like I was staying in a friend’s apartment. Beautiful, well decorated, the bed was SOOO COMFORTABLE and the hot tub was for sure a plus. It’s walking distance to literally everywhere. Honestly, with that many options in Rome, I felt incredibly lucky that we decided to stay in this place. It was our first time in Rome, And I could’ve not chosen better. Thank you, Mr. Salvatore! I hope I can go back soon!

Nothing. I would say just use the carpets to get off the shower because the bathroom floor is a little slippery.

The staff was absolutely delightful and accommodating, we could not have asked for a better welcome. The location is central to all of the main tourist attractions and the neighborhood is lovely, plus the room had a great view of the street. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast at a cozy cafe down the street.

Not that there's much to improve about this, especially considering they help get your bags up and down, but beware of the stairs. They are small and circle up so always watch your step. The wifi connection could have been better but it wasn't awful.

Navona Jacuzzi Rooms is located in the best possible place if you prefer walking. It was less than 2 km to each location (Vatican, Colosseum, Botanical garden, etc) Our room was bigger than I had hoped and the hosts were so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was a classical croissant, coffee & and an orange juice - all tasty!

We had no problem with it, but the stairs to the 3rd floor were a narrow spiral staircase. It was totally ok for us, but sharing this just as an info to people who would prefer not to take the stairs :)

The location was absolutely perfect and in a very nice part of the city. There’s a piazza across the street and is in between the Colosseum and Vatican City. We used Lime scooters and Uber to get around without an issue.

We were staying next to very loud, rude, and annoying guests that other guests had complained about too, but that wasn’t the property’s fault.

The property has an amazing location and everything inside is furnished very nicely. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bathtub was also very big and comfortable.

The sound insulation is not very good. The room we had was on the first floor, and it was located very close to the building’s entrance door. Thus, you could hear people speaking while walking up and down the stairs and slamming the door early in the morning and late at night.

Staff is always so sweet. The location is perfect, close to everything. They are always accommodating and helpful and supportive with anything or any questions should you need assistance.

I've stayed here before and come back because they are so kind and the place is clean. I do have to make aware that there are quite a bit of stairs. Even the family apartment on the "ground floor" has quite a bit of stairs. Fine if you're with adults or older kids. Not great with toddlers. We had a 1 year old that loves running around. We had to have someone on stair duty at all times. But that's the only thing. Everything else is fabulous!
