Close to train station, so for convenience that is great. The host was very kind and accommodating. The early check in time was good for us since otherwise we would have been carrying our luggage through town for several hours.

The listing says they have AC but when we asked for it to be turned on the host said it was 8 extra euros and he didn’t really seem to want to turn it on “because electricity is expensive”. We visited in mid-June and it was warm in the room during the day but cool enough at night. We didn’t insist on the AC but the listing should be updated to say it’s not included and there is an additional cost.

Sabino and his family are lovely hosts. They welcomed us and explained information. As a family of four with older teens it offered great space for us. We were in one room and our kids in another. Good location, close walking distance from Vittorio E metro station. There was an elevator to get up and down which was great for all our luggage. And as our train out of Rome was later in the day Sabino offered to let us leave our luggage there. We felt it was very secure. Upon first walking there it felt like a dodgy area, but after being there it wasn't so bad. We felt safe in the place. There was a main door into the entrance. Then another locked door into the residences, then another locked door into the lobby where our rooms are, then another lock on our doors. Would recommend this place.

It was a good 10min walk from termini, and the road along the train was very bumpy and hard on our cases. When leaving though we found a better path one road over. This isn't anything bad per se, just something to note.

Our room was a good size and spotlessly clean, and our host was very friendly and helpful, with lots of advice on where to go and how to get there. Although in a slightly downmarket area, it was only a block from a nice area (with an amazing gelato shop!). The Colosseum and forum area are 25-30 minutes walk away. It's 15-20 minutes walk from Termini station, but there is another Metro closer. We would definitely stay there again.

We didn't need the air conditioning even though it was quite warm, as the room had high ceilings and a fan to keep the temperature down a bit. But if aircon is needed, it's an extra €8 per night.

Clean, comfortable room in fairly central location, only about a 15 min walk from Rome Termini station. Very friendly and helpful staff, and breakfast offered although we had to leave very early so we missed our included breakfast. Room is simple, but comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. Fan + window open was sufficient to cool the room overnight whilst sleeping in summer.

There was a split system air conditioner in the room but there was no obvious controls/way to turn it on and it appeared quite old (unsure if it is still working). Not overly impactful but if air conditioning is super important to you just be mindful of this in summer as Rome does get hot.

We enjoyed our stay at the falimy owned mini hotel. The room was simple and clean, with separate bathroom. Host was very friendly and nice, smooth communication, acceppted us even after check-in hours (at 3 a.m.), this is for additional 30 eur cost. Priperty location is good, close to Termini station, Metro and bus stops. Walking distance to Colosseum.

All was as expected. Photos match what you receive.

I was so impressed with this B&B. We have stayed in quite a few B&Bs in Italy with the same price point and this one was by far the best. The breakfast is modest but certainly adequate and compared to others of similar price point breakfast was better, room larger and beds more comfortable, and in a relative quiet area. 15 min walk to the colosseum or san Giovanni. Several restaurants within a few minute walk. The owner, Sabino, is one of the nicest and kindest and most helpful people ever.

2 or 3 pillows per person in the room would have been lovely.

Whether for just 3 nights or for a full 2 weeks, the Ritmo Blues B&B is the ideal accommodation for a stay in the Italian capital. It is in an ideal location for the city centre of Rome. Only 3 minutes walk is the metro from which it is only one stop to Termini station. But all the sights of the city, such as the Colosseum, the Vatican and others can be reached quickly by metro, bus or even on foot. We had a cozy room with our own shower and toilet. The room was cleaned every day. And especially worth mentioning is Sabino, the landlord of the Ritmo Blues B&B. He is a very friendly host with lots of very good tips for your stay in Rome and he always had time for a nice chat with us. On this way, a big thank you again and best regards to Sabino!

I strongly recommend this place. Even though the location seems to be unpleasing for the first time, don’t worry. The pension is great, everything you need to sleep and take a shower after sightseeing Rome. Another advantage is that the owner cleans rooms everyday. What’s more, he is so kind, he recommends places to see and takes care if you’re ok. The breakfast is typically Italian so is light and in sweet version but great coffee waits for you every morning. To sum up, it is a nice option for nondemanding tourists but domestic atmosphere is guaranteed. All the best for Sabino

Sabino is very attentive, pleasant, and hospitable! He gave us a lot of information regarding transport, main tourist churches, etc. He also lend us umbrellas when was raining. The room was cleaned and during our stay there it was cleaned all day.

There was information on the website that we will have microwave access, but it was broken/unviable. But, Sabino made the milk hot for us every time that we requested. It solved our request to use microwaves.

The breakfast contained croissants, juice, butter, milk, bread, bananas, tea,it was enough. I will come back if i would come again in rome
