The room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The rate was very good and its proximity to Termini was extremely convenient.

Advertised with breakfast, but did not serve breakfast. The location was kind of sketchy - we didn't feel unsafe at all but the area isn't very nice.

Proximity to public transport hub was great, clean comfortable hotel. I loved the freely available potable water throughout Rome, drinking fountains everywhere, beautiful on a hot day

Graffiti, homeless people almost everywhere and mad traffic. The hotel did not supply shampoo nor tea and coffee making facilities which might be an Italian “thing” I don’t know, but were missed. Needless to say, my hair has taken on a whole new dimension after washing with hand soap.

The room was clean and bright with good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. A good sized bathroom. The hotel staff were very welcoming, we checked out at 11am but they let us store our luggage there until 7pm as we had a late flight, which was much appreciated as we didn’t want to carry our many bags around Rome in 30 degree heat! The location, although a little run down, is so close to Termini which makes travelling around Rome and to the airport very easy.

We liked the fact that there was no problem with getting to the hotel late to check in. Thanks to the videos that were sent to us, we easily entered the hotel, where the room was prepared for our arrival. Good hotel location. The lady from the reception gave us a map with important monuments, restaurants and explained how to get around. Which was very helpful. The room was clean.

all was fine, I can’t find nothing what we didn’t like .

The receptionists were very kind and polite. They helped us with good indications trough public transportation. They made a really good coffee. We had a late flight, so they proposed us to keep the luggage at the hotel, after our check out, while we could still enjoy our last day in Rome. The rooms were cleaned every day. We had a 4 nights stay, and the towels were replaced only once.

The neighborhood seems a bit dodgy during the night. Being so close to the train station, sometimes when the train is passing, you can feel the vibrations in the building and hear the train. The back view of the hotel is not something you expect to see every day. Maybe some extra shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom could be a + for those who take more than a shower a day. No reception opened during the night.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I needed to check in early and they made sure to communicate and send me all the details Via whatsapp days in advanced. They also gave me an emergency contact just in case. When I arrived (they happened to have not gone home yet) the receptionist gave me a map and explained how to get tickets for the public transport and answered all my questions. I also liked how the hotels main door and room door are digital, which made checking in and out simple. And a bonus was the amount of decent family restaurants nearby which I explored for dinner options at night. I Fratelli, Restaurant Pizzería was one of them. One more thing is that the rooms were larger than expected for the price which made the stay very comfortable. Lastly, location is right beside the Termini, which made my return home via train>airport super convenient.

I would have liked a kettle for hot water and maybe an iron/ironing board. But it wasnt a big deal.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, sending me Whatsapp video tutorials on how to enter the building as I was arriving late. In the morning there was a taxi strike so the owner very kindly made me a coffee whilst I was trying to organise getting to work and she too also called around for taxis. The room was lovely and spacious and the bathroom nice and clean.

The walk from the main train station to the hotel can feel a little dodgy at night time but overall it was fine.

Room is very clean, metro station is close, train station as well. In arrival from the CIA airport, bus station is close to the hotel. At first sight it looked like not so safe neighborhood but actually it is. Coloseum is about 1,2 km from the hotel. Only thing that bothered me was noisy street outside. That is all.

gentle staff, proximity to Railway station and a lot of good restaurants, a supermarket and a Gelato shop nearby. Near to colosseum and a direct bus to Vatican after 10 mins walk. clean spacious room with big windows. Also has a 2.5 Euros breakfast option with a cafe near the hotel for a cup of coffee, croissant and juice.

The hotel was very good as expected. The only drawback was that at night, when I took a bath, there was not enough pressure in the water. In the morning it was back to normal, so it might have been a one-time matter. As for the rest, everything was good with friendly staff who had the patience to give us some hints & tricks in Rome. I would stay another time.
