Breakfast was very good. We didn’t have too many options but this is a small hotel. Staff was exceedingly polite , helpful and with a big smile. The location was quite good , 10 minutes walk from Colosseum and 15 minutes from Trevi. Of course that was too much easier for my 16 year old daughter. I preferred the taxi which would take the 4 of us to most attractions for 7 to 10 euros.

It would do injustice to the overall excellent picture if I mentioned anything negative which in any case is hard to find.

The property looks exactly how it is displayed in pictures. Decent room size and well maintained. It's fairly new property located closer to main attractions in walkable distance. The reception staff are so helpful. 'Gemma' in particular was kind enough to help me with identifying local authentic Italian restaurants and even booking comfortable cab for airport drop. Thank you Gemma. Staffs at breakfast place are so kind too. Over all an impressive property worth every penny paid.

Some instructions leaflet for English speaking guests would be helpful. I didn't know about the roof top restaurant until I figure out on my own.

Maybe it's my personal quirks, but I don't like big blankets without duvet covers (they use two sheets instead of a duvet cover). If there were two separate blankets in duvet covers instead of one large blanket, I would be perfectly happy.

Room size, cleanliness, staff

The room was really cold, 19.5 Celsius when we checked in at 6PM, and it warmed up to 21 by the last day (we stayed for 4 nights in February 2023). I think bathroom was probably colder since the balcony door was there and the tiles were really cold. Worse than that, hot water wasn't hot, it was warm but not enough to enjoy a shower. Balcony is really just a ledge, not enough to set two chairs and a table, just two foldable chairs next to each other. Rooftop was closed, restaurant was under renovations and there were some works in the couryard as well. I believe it would've been much better if we stayed during the summer months. But staff is absolutely lovely and it's spotless.

The best part of this boutique hotel is the customer service. From the front desk especially Nazri, who helped me book taxis to the best plazas and food in Rome, to the bartenders on the 4th floor. Everyone was welcoming, kind and friendly.

The room had a few problems which were taken care of immediately . Noisy hallways but settled down by 10:30 pm.

Honestly, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon in July 2023. We had both never been to Rome prior to this visit. The layout and finishing touches to this hotel are exceptional, and it is obvious a lot of thought has gone into designing it. The staff are very attentive, and provided us multiple custom online recommendations for dining options in Rome, lesser known attractions, gym locations, tours, etc. which I thought was a nice touch. They also have a WhatsApp conversation with the guests where you can message them regarding taxi bookings, restaurant bookings, etc. Again, quite convenient. We got a free upgrade to our room which was a suite that looked out onto the street of the hotel. Beautiful room with good amenities. The breakfast was also great, with both indoor and outdoor courtyard tables. There is also a rooftop bar which was also enjoyable Location wise, it is about a 15 minute walk to either the Trevi Fountain or Colosseum and is only a 10 minute walk from the Train station. On a quiet street but not too far from most of the action so a good balance. Would stay there again, would recommend to a friend

Location is excellent - just a block outside the charming core of Monti, and walkable to Termini. The hotel is just 1 year old and everything was clean and fresh. Room was very comfortable and much roomier than many. That said, it was a pretty expensive booking so you'd expect good space. Staff was helpful. Garden was a beautiful oasis.

WiFi on our floor was having problems during our stay - inconsistent. Elsewhere in the hotel seemed better. As stated above, staff was helpful with suggestions. But as a newer, and small property, they fall short of the magic one can sometimes see from high-end concierge support.

the staff is extremely friendly and eager to hep, especially the front desk staff. the property is less than a year old. every thing works. what attracted us most is the size of the apartment suite. it is almost 600 square feet. I cannot think any other hotel in Rome has this size. we also like the hotel’s location. it is in Monti neighborhood. close to many attractions and close to train stations. many restaurants are close to but not next to the hotel. I am glad for our decision to choose this hotel and I am happy for the good the staff has been doing.

We literally loved everything about this hotel. Starting with the modern, yet warm & thoughful design, as well as the art throughout. The inner patio is a gem in and of itself to relax at. Even though it is a small hotel, our room was surprisingly very spacious and naturally lit - two bay windows - overlooking the quiet street. Very clean and fresh (yey hardwood floors!), and the hotel's toiletries are to die for. We walked everywhere as the location was just perfect. The staff were super nice and helpful. The breakfast was just what we needed to start the day. Thank you, Sentho! We'll definitely be back next time we're in Rome!

Gemma from reception was so lovely and provided us with everything we needed like extra blankets, cutlery, restaurant reservations, providing restaurant recommendations and nearby facilities/ places to visit. She also helped to arrange our late check out to accommodate our late flight time. Not to mention Netflix on the TV!

It is a little walk to the main attractions/ city centre but nothing we couldn’t handle with the eScooters parked nearby the hotel.
