The location , the staff everything was perfect

The hotel is very close to the train station and the colosseum, but also to the other main attractions in Rome. The room had a view of the main street and it is a delightful view. The receptionist was very kind and spoke to us politely, and the chair recommended us some very good restaurants. The room was clean, and the maid came every day and made the bed and made quartz. The bathroom was very clean.

It could be seen that no investment had been made in refurbishing the room for a long time, the double bed was actually two single beds joined together, and a plank kept falling out of one bed, so I slept more in one bed. There are only two sockets in the room, one where the TV was connected and one near the refrigerator. There was no socket by the bed. What I didn't like was that you could hear very clearly what the people in the adjacent rooms were talking about, but this is from the building and not necessarily the Hotel's fault.

The staff are very helpful, bilingual. The location is great, its 15 mins walk with luggage from the train station, 5 mins in taxi back up the hill to train station 🤣 Ideal for starting a tour, 1st up the colloseum, then continue onto more sites...

Our shower was pitiful, it also came over the top and often flooded the bathroom. The AC wasn't the coldest and switched off during the night, came back on next morning..the bed wasn't thr best especially of you have back problems ..

I spend 4 days at Rome with my familly . Staff at the hotel was brilliant , location was very good, only 15 minutes to Colosseum . Room looks fine but bit diffrent then the photes but room was cleaned every day , so was nice and clean and tidy.

The value for money and the location is spot on. Accommodation includes breakfast which was a bonus

The lift can probably do with some maintenance as it does at times make a lot noise when in operation.

Perfect location. 5 min from Coloseum, and 10 minutes from Trevi.

The building was old and not possible to open the windows to get fresh air.

I booked before reading the reviews, so was a bit scared when arriving! however; I found it to be a clean simple place that is well positioned for exploring Rome. not luxury… but not bad at all!
