This hotel is fantastic and easily worthy of 5 stars. The whole place is stylish and immaculate, the staff are incredibly helpful, efficient and friendly, and the hotel is in a perfect position in Rome to walk to pretty much any of the main sightseeing spots and 100s of restaurants. We'd arranged through the reception for a transfer from the airport from one of their drivers. An extra cost, but felt like an exclusive treat. On arrival we were welcomed by Federica, who took us upstairs to the hotel restaurant, gave us coffee and pastries and went though the general hotel information and where the hotel was in relation to the various places of interest. She let us know that the staff were happy to make dinner reservations, arrange/book tours or taxis. As we had booked our various activities in advance we were already sorted, but it was nice to know they were there to help. We were shown to our room, which was beautifully presented with more welcome pastries and fruit. The room had lots of other nice little touches, such as robes, slippers, eye masks, a coffee machine and both still and sparkling bottles of water (which were replaced daily). They even left Valentines Day balloons in the room. We had pre-booked a meal at the hotel restaurant for the first night (this was done with ease simply by emailing the reception). The food was great - we had a mixed salad and the Cacio e Pepe, which was very tasty. We also enjoyed the focaccia bread which had been made on site that day. The restaurant itself was relaxing and comfortable and the staff were again lovely. Breakfast was served in the same restaurant and there were some nice options to choose from. The weather was (just about) warm enough to enjoy it outside on the terrace which was an added bonus to be able to sit outside. I imagine it would be brilliant in the summer. We also had a cocktail up in Jim's Rooftop bar on the first night, which was good too. All in all, I can't recommend this hotel...

I can't give enough stars to Singer Palace! From start to finish they were so amazing! The hotel is beautiful and the roof top restaurant and bar just wonderful! But the staff was by far the stars!! From the front desk who happily greeted us everyday to the wait staff and cleaning staff, everyone was so accommodating and friendly, after 5 days there we felt like family!! Special shout out to Silva who really took care of us from day one. She helped up upgrade our room to an amazing suite and even sent someone out to get special soap for my wife who has allergies. We we hope to see her when we go back in 2026! Truly wonderful hotel!!

My stay at the Singer Palace Hotel in Rome from December 27th to 31st was an experience that went far beyond my expectations, transforming our end-of-year celebration into an unforgettable memory. Celebrating our 11th anniversary, we were looking for something special, and this hotel delivered a platinum experience that was truly exceptional. The hospitality at Singer Palace is unparalleled. Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant, greeted us with warmth and professionalism. Their friendly and welcoming approach made every interaction delightful, contributing to a festive and joyous atmosphere befitting the season. The highlight of our stay was how the hotel staff made our anniversary celebration extraordinary. They arranged a special dinner, complete with a beautifully decorated cake and flowers, demonstrating a level of personal care and creativity that deeply touched us. Their helpfulness in selecting these items showed their commitment to making our stay memorable. The excellence of Singer Palace Hotel is evident in every detail. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and professional, making us feel valued and respected every time we stepped in or out of the hotel. This high standard of service is a clear reflection of the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Housekeeping also deserves commendation. Our room was not only tidy but also maintained a pleasant fragrance throughout our stay, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Rome, adding to the convenience of our stay. And when it came to dining, the hotel's restaurant was a standout. The ravioli was so exquisite that it became my nightly choice - a testament to the culinary excellence on offer.

Customer Service was the best, and I have traveled all over the world. The staff was courteous, helpful, patient, kind and friendly. They remembered my name each time I came through the door. I walk with a cane and they assisted me by opening doors and up the few stairs to elevator (They do have a small lift for wheelchairs). Our flight was early morning arrival and they welcomed us with a sit-down breakfast and pushed to get our room ready before we headed out for the day. They had treats for us upon arrival and chocolates at bedtime. We had an issue with the car pick up as it broke down, but they had another car there in 10 minutes and credited us some money back on our account for the inconvenience without us having to ask.

Five stars for a 5 Star hotel. Great central location for major tourist sites all with 30mins walk. Singer Palace Staff from the front desk to housekeeping are all delightful and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Service in the restaurant and roof top bar was excellent and provided top quality food and drinks. You can enjoy these along with great view’s across the city. Perfect for a romantic meal or drink night and day. Although our room was on the street side this was not an issue, soundproofing was exceptional. As you would expect with a quality hotel the bedroom and bathroom were spotless and spacious. When next in Rome we will strongly consider booking here again. Thank you for making our visit really special.

Struggling to find anything to complain about, nope!

It was incredible! The location is simply amazing, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major sights. The staff were extremely welcoming, supportive, and helpful throughout our stay. The room facilities were top-notch and we couldn't have asked for more. Oh, and the breakfast? Absolutely delicious! One thing that really caught our attention was the hotel's stunning marble staircase, which we later found out was built back in 1930. Truly impressive! Highly recommend this place!

My wife and I had an exceptional stay here for our honeymoon. The breakfast was impeccable and the room exceeded our expectations. Additionally the staff was incredibly helpful. Our train was cancelled due to an issue at the Rome train station and the front desk staff assisted us in finding a rental car and transport to the agency. the location was also central to everything we wanted to do. 11/10 would recommend to anyone traveling to Rome

We loved everything about this hotel!! There are only 30 rooms and you feel very special from the minute you arrive. The staff is so kind and inviting. The rooms are very clean and very quiet. The breakfast was included in our stay and my husband and I looked forward to it every single day. The location is perfect and only steps from most attractions. We didn’t take a taxi once. This was our first trip to Rome, but if we ever return we will be staying at Singer Palace. Quite possibly our favorite Hotel we have ever stayed in. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to return.
