Absolutely everything! The view, the breakfast, the location, and the owners were all beyond what I could have hoped for. Alessandro treated me like family––we went on a run together through the Tuscan hills that I will remember for years to come. There was never a moment that I felt uncared for or forgotten about. The view right outside your door is a stunning landscape of vineyards, olive trees and Tuscan homes. San Gimignano proper is a five minute walk down the road. As a solo traveler, this was a wonderful experience and I will absolutely be returning! If you're looking for a great place to stay (and with parking!) look no further!

The views are stunning, you get to have breakfast with a view, and it was the best part overlooking the vineyards and olive groves and rolling hills of Tuscany. It's about a 10 mins walk from the centre of San Gimignano, and there's even a self-service laundromat on the way, which we made use of. One staff member is particular, Guicy was really lovely and helpful. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants, and tried to get us bookings for wine tastings and cooking classes.

The bed was a bit harder than I'd like, but this seems to be customary in Italy.

I highly highly recommend this beautiful stay if you want stunning views of the Toscan countryside and 10/10 hospitality. The B&B is well situated, very close to town and super spacious rooms. The breakfast was so delicious, especially overlooking the hills. I cannot thank the hosts Alessandro and Anna enough for their hospitality- they were truly the most warm, caring and attentive hosts. I’ve been travelling Europe for almost 6 weeks now and they both made me feel the most welcomed and cared for! Alessandro was gracious enough to take me to Poggibonsi station early in the morning so I could make my flight, Grazie mille!! I would come back in a heartbeat.

Love the location and the town. It was a beautiful place to be after the busy city noise of Rome. Breakfast was very good. Servings were not really buffet style as I assumed from photos, but rather served by owners. They were wonderfully gracious and prepared an early breakfast for us on our departure day since we had to be in Poggibonsi by 9 am.

We did not have a car, so getting there was tricky - train to Poggibonsi then bus to San Gimiganno. The closest scheduled bus stop is the San Marco plaza and still is a 5-10 minute haul with bags. Although Anna and Allesandro both speak some English, calling ahead to get directions was difficult and email was answered but directions still weren't very clear. DO not use a taxi to get back to Poggibonsi! It cost us 50 euros to go 11 miles. I expected to pay 30 euros, which would have been a lot, but much easier than lugging the bags to the bus stop. It would be a great addition if the hosts offered pick up and drop off at the bus stop. Maybe most guests have a car.

Amazing location, 5mn from the center of San Gimignano by foot and there's a bus stop going to Siena in front of the house. The view is breathtaking, the room is cozy, functional and clean. The garden is big and lovely, and you can stroll in the vines. Breakfast was tasty and overlooked Tuscanian nature... It's romantic. You just want to sit, take a breath and enjoy life. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone, solo travellers, family and of course couples, and would love to come back someday. BELLISSIMO! We loved everything

The view is fantastic. You need to factor in time to just sit and enjoy the far reaching landscape views. The B&B is walking distance to San Gimignano centre. Anna and Alessandro are lovely hosts.

You really can't ask for a better view or cute/quaint B&B for a stay in Tuscany. The view was even more beautiful in person than in pictures. Alessandro and Anna were friendly and wonderful hosts, making sure everyone was enjoying and got the most out of their stay. My room was quite charming as the decor was homey - nice comfortable bed, equipped kitchen to cook some basics if you tire of pizza/pasta and lots of room to lounge around both in the room and outside to enjoy the panoramic view. Also, Anna was kind enough to give me a ride to the train station upon my exit so you really can't ask for better hospitality!

I hate to complain about ANYTHING because this is truly an amazing place I recommend everyone staying at. But only because I am a millennial addicted to her phone and someone who had to work remotely, the WiFi not working was quite troublesome. It only worked by the gazebo outside, and I couldn't sit out there past a certain time as it got dark and mosquitoes came out to play. I didn't read about this in any of the other reviews so might have just been a temporary glitch during my stay.

Such a gorgeous location - only a short walk from the town but it was lovely and quiet and the views were amazing. The breakfast was lovely. Everything was clean, the decor in the room was so cute and the kitchen was a great addition.

The room I was in didn’t have a view but it did open onto a little private patio with sun loungers that offered a great view of the countryside. Luckily the weather was lovely and allowed me to make good use of this area! I found the pillows on the bed a bit too solid for my liking.

We give the overall rating 11 out of 10. Everything was perfect. The warm and kind owners Alessandro and Anna will create a homely environment for you. They will prepare a tasty and rich breakfast (especial bruschetta with homemade olive oil, egg omelette, fluffy croissant...), help you with travel tips, and are genuinely interested in you. We spent the first evening with the sunset overlooking the Tuscan valley and a bottle of wine from the hosts. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed daily. A few mosquitoes bothered us the first night, but Alessandro immediately got electric repellants in all the rooms the next day.

Some reviewers mention the owners' poor command of English. English is not a problem, friendly people always get along with each other. We spoke English, Italian, Czech together and we understood everything. Both are very open and interested in making arrangements.

Honestly, there is only one rating possible. 10/10. The view into the tuscan hills, splendid. The hospitality, unmatched. The location, very convienent with just a very short walk into the city. Breakfast has great Bialetti coffee, selfmade bruschetta with their own olive oil and self-baked cakes and this all with a beautifu viewl into their own wine hill. We had an awesome time and a vacation simply cannot be better!
