Great location right in the heart of Santa Margherita town. Walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. All modern interiors. Nice size bathroom. Not too far from the train station. 10-15 minute walk. Nice, quiet room. Listed as one star but so much better than that.

No fridge in the room. It is a one star rating, after all. Room was cold in late May but there is electric heat from the Air Conditioner.

Great Value for money. Amenities basic but great condition, room recently renovated like brand new. The owner is really helpful. The location is excellent 1 min walk to portofino bus, 10 min walk to station. Really nice pizza place called le arcate 2 minute walk for late night snacks. Would stay again if we go to that part of the world.

It's more like in most Italian hotels the inner cover sheet is smaller than the outer blanket. No shower curtain hence the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower. No mirror in the room so you have to go in the wet bathroom to get ready. But overall a really nice experience.

The location was great. It was a short walking distance to busy square with shops and restaurants. It was a nice walk to the harbor and a great little park. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated.

The beds were not very comfortable.

Great location and nice boutique hotel. It was quiet for the most part - it’s on a side street. It’s about a 10 min downhill walk from the train station. We took a taxi back, which was 20 euro. It was an enjoyable 6 min walk to the port. A simple room with a large shower.

Would’ve liked a small fridge.

Bright, clean and comfortable place to stay,a two minute walk to the centre of town and a further two minutes to the seafront.

No safe, however there are usually 2 doors to get through with keys and a third door locked at night too.

A comfy room, with plenty of space and a nice coffee machine. Location near the historic centre, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Friendly and helpful staff, who gave us useful recommendations to enjoy the most of our stay.

We stayed for one night in a room with a private bathroom. It was excellent value for money, spacious and the lady on the reception was extremely friendly and polite. Good air conditioning.

Negatives - the water from the shower ends up on the bathroom floor - that didn’t bother us but some people might not like it. No fridge and no breakfast available but plenty of bars / cafes / shops

The room was lovely and the location central. Able to easily walk with luggage to train station without steps.

I always miss a kettle if it not in the room for making tea. Only a coffee machine available and paper cups.

exceptionally clean - modern room. very spacious. lovely rainforest shower. location was perfect - 5 minutes walk to bars restaurants and shops. Caravaggio was a great cafe bar for morning coffee/croissants - good for people watching - excellent service.

there was a coffee machine but no pods or milk. a kettle would have been a bonus for us morning tea lovers (I brought my tea bags)! the walls were very thin and consequently you could hear next room (unfortunately there was a heavy snorer in the room next to us) not the hotel’s fault I know . a full length mirror in the room would be helpful (there is plenty space) when drying hair etc.

Fabulous location once we had found it. Just off the square at the top end of the pedestrian zone. Clean & comfortable & good shower. Lovely welcome. Parking arranged in advance & was reserved very close by. Good restaurants nearby we went to el patio twice.
