It was clean, comfortable bed, had a balcony with furniture to sit outside.

The basic stuff like hair dryer was 2 euros on top. Also no kettle or coffee to make in a room. Bed and breakfast without breakfast :) and all is blamed on covid, which has no restrictions anywhere around in Tuscany.

Quiet hotel with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the restaurant nearby, really good local food is recommended by the receptionist. The parking was a great value, easy to park. We had the possibility of buying some drinks after arrival at a very reasonable price.

We arrived at 20,30 and we were charged 20€. I understand it is clearly explained in the hotel rules but due to an accident on the road, it was not possible to arrive before.

Excellent host - extremely helpful. He explained in detail on the map all parking facilities in Siena, before mentioning the bus 51, which turned out to be an excellent option to reach the city center free of worries.

The single bed is very narrow and the mattress, thin. Guests value the quality of their sleep, so think about it.

Super nice host with a lot of suggestions. Room was very clean with nice bed and bathroom. Decent view from a couple of the windows. Not in the main part of town, but there was an excellent restaurant and coffee shop within a two minute walk. Easy parking for those with a car

No kitchen or laundry facilities of any kind. Cleaning fees and limited use of a communal fridge and areas.

We were made to feel so welcome and the host gave us lots of excellent local information which made our stay really special. The room was cosy and clean, the surroundings were a beautiful way to see the city of Siena.

The air conditioning was not particularly strong.

Very clean, convenient and easy stay for one night. Good directions and welcome. Supplied packaged bathroom amenities and a hair dryer upon request.

Towels seems a little rough and actually had an old mildewy smell once they were damp. Sometimes just gotta move on from old towels

The host was very kind, he gave us some useful info about Siena and surrounding places. There you can also buy some drinks. He also told us where in vicinity we can get a good breakfast and dinner for rasonable price. Room was big enough and clean, parking beside the house. Location is quiet and close enough to the main road.

Peaceful place a little ways out in the countryside outside Siena. The room was comfortable and the owner was very friendly!

I wouldn't recommend this for people without a car...It's not in Siena proper but a little ways outside the city, and it's a trek from the train station (bus + walking, including on an unpaved road).

Clean, well organised, friendly, easy parking, cheaper than others available, close to excellent (not fussy or expensive - just good) restaurant.

Didn't bear on me but I thought 2€ for use of a hairdryer due to the need to clean and disinfect it after use (anti-covid precautions) excessive in more ways than one.

Everything was good. Nice location, plesant host. Easy to find. Room was clean. Theres no breakfast atm but the price is really good.
