A very cool apartment with 4 separate bedrooms (each with its own bathroom). We’ve hired two of the bedrooms. Each room has a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs - ideal for an afternoon glass of wine or a morning coffee. The host was very nice too. He has installed a winch to help you bring the luggage to the floor (which was super helpful as there is no elevator in the building). The apartment is 10 mins away by foot from the most central parts of Siracusa. There are many nice restaurants around it too. Everything was great.

Everything was great.

A few minutes walk to Ortigia which is beautiful. Lots of great restaurants both on Ortigia and near the property. Comfortable, light and airy with lovely big bathroom, and balcony with view of the sea (just). Kettle and coffee machine in the room.

On the third floor so not so good if you’re not very mobile or have a heavy case. Though the owner does have a cage to winch your luggage up and down if he’s there.

I loved the location. Not a far walk from the train, close to good dining, and two blocks from the bridge onto busy Ortigia Island. I liked the big bathrooms and showers. We found Siracusa a great spot to tour from, so we even booked an extra day at B&B Nike. Angelo was wonderful as host.

I loved it all. If I had to nit pick, I’d like a thinner pillow.

The location is perfect, short walking distance to ortigia, but you dont have to cross the bridges with your car. Parking the car on the street of the air b&b was possible for free, however after 5pm it became really busy and it was quite a challenge to find a spot. The room was clean and big with a nice view of the sea. The room had everything we needed.

The only thing that was less comfortable was the bed, it had two seperate matrasses, which we personally dont like.

Absolutely loved everything. The host was very helpful and generous. He allowed us to have a very late checkout and was easy to contact. The position of the B&B was great and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.

The bed was a bit too firm for my back. There was, however, an extra doona that I could use.

Close to the city center. Relatively quiet. Tall rooms. Nice owner .

Impossible to find parking near the building if you come earlier than 20:00 . Private parkings full also. The bathroom was not aired properly and it had a bad smell combined with an air freshner.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the island (world heritage listed baroque architecture across the whole island - amazing). The owner was easy to communicate with via the app and the room was great!

Huge rooms, nice balkony and fridge in the room. Location is also great.

Very noisy as we could here the neihbours showering like they are in the same room.

Nice location, the place didn't look bad or anything but the price was a bit expensive for what we got. However I'd still return if the place becomes a bit nicer (the place has a mix between old and new so I think it's between a transition)

I like the location. The staff was very nice and helpful for check-in. Room was good and the bathroom was really big.

Wifi was sometimes slow. Nothing else in particular.
