Gluten free options for breakfast was very good

We had to pay for extra coffee for our room. 1st time I ever had to pay.

The location is in the middle of Sirmione directly on the lake. The ferry pier is next door so access to the rest of the lake is good. During the day the area is very lively with people arriving on the ferry but at night (once the ferries have stopped) it is delightfully quiet. Breakfast was a good buffet. Staff were excellent. Rooms were a good size and well maintained. Lake view rooms have a great view, and the non-lake-view room that my son was in also had a partial lake view. (We were on the third floor.)

We had a beautiful room with a direct view of lake, with ducks and swans swimming about in front of the hotel. The hotel is next to the boat dock which can take you anywhere on the lake. Being from the US and not speaking much Italian or knowing the area the front desk and all the staff were so kind & genuine to help us in any way they could. The breakfast was excellent, so many choices, all perfectly prepared. We found this hotel by accident and are so happy we did because another large hotel next door which had a full restaurant but absolutely the worst food we've ever eaten at any hotel in the world. Thank god we stayed at Hotel Eden! We will be back for sure and Hotel Eden will always be our first choice in Sirmione!

The breakfast was a buffet breakfast and it had everything you wanted. The staff was excellent they couldn’t do enough for you and the location was brilliant, right in the centre with all the bars, restaurants and shops. Right on the lake with beautiful views.

For me the bed was just a little bit hard and so was the Pillows, but that’s just personal taste.

Location is fantastic with spectacular views of the lake and the ferry port is literally on the doorstep. There are countless restaurants to suit all price ranges all within easy walking distance. Staff were very pleasant, and helpful. Lots of choice for breakfast, both hot and cold.

Great to have a kettle in the room but proved useless as supplies were not replenished daily and no fresh milk.

Very friendly and helpful staff who gave us a warm welcome, helped us plan our day and kindly made a diner reservation for us at a great spot. The images / description of the hotel are a fair reflection of what it is. Clean rooms, central location by the main square of Simione and a nice terrace by the water. Room was basic, large and tidy. Fair value for money.

Nothing in particular. Thought the hotel is a fair reflection of its value for money. Of course some parts (as with many small-town family owned Italian hotels) are a bit aged but that’s reflected in the price point

Q Breakfast was excellent as was the waiting staff. View and setting was outstanding with comfortable loungers by the lake.

We were disappointed to find that after paying 30 euros to reception for a short boat trip around the peninsula we should have walked 5 minutes to the lake and booked it ourselves for 20 euros with the same boat. 50% commission is steep.

Excellent hotel staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Very clean and modern hotel ,a great position right on the lake shore and next to the jetty and booking office for all of the lake ferries ,we would definitely return ,many thanks to Robert behind the bar who kept us entertained evey night

Breakfast was OK, but they do try to put on a hot version however the bacon is rather over done ,but that is the only thing ,everything else was good ,we are in Italy after all

Excellent location by lakeside. Very helpful & friendly staff. The breakfast was a good buffet selection with limited hot dishes. The room with lake view & balcony was very comfortable & clean.

A minor thing, but having provided tea & coffee facilities in the room the hotel charged 1 euro per coffee sachet . Many of the guests we spoke to could not believe it & the staff were fed up with clients complaints about it. Why would management be so penny pinching at the cost of poor reviews?

Location and very clean, breakfast was superb

Our room was very noisy and woken every morning very early as noise travelled up from reception, staff and guests could be heard talking v late as well in reception, very disturbed sleep.
