We had a wonderful stay in Hotel Vinci which enhanced a fantastic trip to beautiful Sirmione. Hotel Vinci is an exceptional hotel situated by the Historic Centre of Sirmione. The hotel is modern and stylish and comes equipped with an outdoor pool and spa facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and our room was both tasteful and clean and boasted a private balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed sipping Aperol Spritzes on the deck which overlooked Lake Garda and would highly recommend the spa facilities which we availed of during our stay. The hotel's proximity to Castello Scaligero allowed us to easily stroll to old city for both lunch and dinner and wander through the colourful, cobbled streets of old town Sirmione. We would highly recommend Hotel Vinci and look forward to returning again in the near future. Thank you for a fabulous trip!

Exceptional room with private hot tub. The staff was young and friendly, and accomodated all our requests. Very good breakfast. Hotel is at 5 minutes walking distance from the historic center of the town.

The hotel can't really be blamed for this, but being the structure directly on the lake, there were a lot of mosquitoes. U have to remember to always close the windows when you leave the room. I believe this issue is common in every hotel in Sirmione. The spa is very nice, but a small hot tub/jacuzzi would be a nice addition.

Only small things but not having tea & coffee facilities in the room wasn’t ideal. You could get it from reception but at an extra charge. If not in the room, I think it would be better to have hot drinks available downstairs included within the booking price. The plug sockets in our room by the bedside were not compatible with our European adapters. As a newer hotel we thought there might have been USB charger ports but there were none We booked a lakeside suite, which was a nice room but the balcony was very small. Those on 1st or 3rd floor looked better- I’m not sure if they came at an extra charge

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were fabulous, the room was magnificent with a very high standard of cleanliness and plenty of space, the breakfast was superb with a decanter of freshly squeezed orange juice for every table, the swimming pool was excellent and the terrace overlooking Lake Garda was simply magical. We had a fantastic few days at this superb hotel and the staff were absolutely brilliant. An absolute gem.

There was nothing to dislike.

fantastic location just outside the old town so not surrounded by tourists and noise (except from the traffic which you cant get away from). Beautiful views over the lake from our room/balcony. Very helpful staff on reception, happy to provide assistance in booking taxis, storing luggage etc Wonderful breakfasts - loads of choice, continental, hot breakfast, cakes and more. Very relaxing holiday - would recomment the hotel

didnt appreciate that the spa facilities were available at an extra cost. We'd paid for a junior suite so didnt really want to pay more

The King room with private jacuzzi was amazing. Our view of the lake was stunning. The shower had great water pressure and temperature control as hot as we like! The ladies at the welcome desk were so helpful. We loved the snacks they brought to the room with the bottles of wine we bought. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Everything was exceptional.

It was only missing a coffee pot in the room, which is our preference

The staff were super friendly and helpful, they even gave me a cake on my birthday! The location was perfect and the hotel was absolutely beautiful.

A personal preference but we found the mattress very hard and uncomfortable. The spa could also benefit from a few more facilities and would expect this to be included in the price of the room but it was an added extra.

Very good facilities, very rich breakfast (delicious, varied, fresh), one of the most satisfying breakfasts I have had in recent years. Only a 10-minute walk from the old town, it is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in SIRMIONE. There is a private parking lot, which is a good choice for self-driving travel.

The location was excellent. Very friendly staff and the breakfast that was included was exceptional! Very accommodating and luggage storage was appreciated.

The AC wasn’t turned on for the season but our room was very warm. We tried to open the balcony door to get some air through but there was no screen door so all the bugs got inside.

Spotlessly clean, light and airy rooms with lovely balconies or terraces. Fabulous lake views. Excellent swimming pool. Ideal location close to the manically busy beautiful Sirmione, within easy walking distance along the promenade. Lovely caring staff. We will definitely return.

Nothing really but perhaps would be nice to have a larger lounge/bar area, bedrooms maybe a bit on the small size.
