A stylish hotel, on the edge of Marina Grande, the more rustic and less commercial side of Sorrento. Staff were lovely, breakfast was fabulous and the views from our balcony were simply stunning. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. Good WiFi.

The bathroom could do with a refresh style-wise but perfectly functioning. The restaurant and bar were a little pricey, cheaper to wander down to the harbour.

Location. Absolutely beautiful and in a pretty fishing village with amazing restaurants

Staff were fine but did not go the extra mile. We had to leave before breakfast and when I asked for coffee they responded by barring the way to the restaurant. When I said my daughter was ill and could I take some breakfast and tea to the room they were not helpful, so I had to secretly take stuff

The common area and patio were spacious and had incredible views. The included breakfast was as varied and tasty as one could want. The staff was friendly We liked the location because Sorrento can be very busy/crowded and where we were avoided that by being off the beaten path while still being very close to a number of restaurants and a reasonable walking distance to the main town.

Our room was small; I advise getting a room with a full view, they are larger.

The location was great, and there was a view of the ocean from the side. The lobby of the hotel was very nice, and the staff was friendly.

When breakfast ran out, it was not necessarily restocked. Also there was no way to adjust the temperature in the room so it was always very hot. They also told us we could not take a taxi from the hotel or call one down, even though we had in fact already taken a taxi to the hotel.

The breakfast was amazing. There were eggs, sausage, bacon, croissants, tortas, cappuccino's. The view was incredible. The staff was attentive and friendly!

It's a bit of a hike from the bus station/port/marina with several stairs up and down with luggage if you did not want to pay 40+ euro for an 8 min taxi.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, staff very helpful, views beautiful, loved the bay area, lots of activity, was a steep walk up to main square but very manageable & there was a shuttle bus if you weren't up for the walk for a couple of euro. We were very pleased with the hotel, highly rate!

Drinks were a bit pricey

Location was perfect and we had a magnificent deck that was bigger than our room overlooking the sea. There were 2 loungers, 2 chairs and side table. Very clean and the buffet at breakfast offered a large selection of food and pastries. The pool was clean as well as the deck furniture. I almost canceled this reservation due to past reviews but compared to where we would have stayed and location of Marina Grande, I’m glad we stayed here.

the beds were very firm and only 1 pillow per person. we did here people talking next door, but no noise from corridor

Breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The views are amazing.

We didn’t realise how far away this was from the port, it’s very close as the crow flies but many steps in reality!

Location was great, lots of restaurants and beach to enjoy! Only a short walk to the newer part of Sorrento. Food in the restaurant was very good and staff were excellent. Lots of choice for breakfast too, the view from the deck was amazing. Air conditioning in reception was great. We had partial sea view which was nice. The pool/lounge area had full sun until about 3ish due to the location of the cliff behind.

Some reception staff could have been friendlier and more helpful. Our sheets were sometimes a bit stained. No towels in room on arrival but we were given some as soon as we asked. Air con in room was either on or off, no control over the temperature/fan. Lastly no fridge in room.

Breakfast was fine, plenty of choice. Room was clean and bright. If you can get 4th floor with large see facing balcony it is fantastic, 180 degree sea view and directly opposite sits Vesuvius. Sun stayed on the balcony till afternoon. A gentle stroll to the picturesque waterside restaurants. Was a little worried having read other reviews but I find it hard to come up with a real negative.

Could be perfect if there was a jetty directly over the sea to go for a sea dip without leaving the hotel.
