The villa was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Sorrento. We used all the facilities and ate here many times. The cocktails were very nice, and were brought to where ever at the villa where we were relaxing, plus with a bonus of snacks with every drink. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The rooms are big, bed comfy and spotlessly clean. The villa is next to a busy road but don’t let this put you off. Once inside the villa you do not hear the traffic and are oblivious to it. You do have to walk up the hill to the villa from the main town which was fine for us, as we like to walk especially after dinner. The views on the walk home are also amazing.

My wife and i spent 2 nights at Sorrento dream, This is a modern boutique hotel with a small number of very large, modern rooms. The property has amazing views out across the bay of Naples towards Mount Vesuvius and we particularly enjoyed eating breakfast on the terrace with enjoying the scenery. The hotel had much better facilities than i expected, a gym, saunas, hot tubs and a pool. all the food we ate was very good and the staff were all very friendly and helpful giving advice of where to visit and arranging taxis for us. We walked down to Sorrento town and Sorrento Marina grande, approx 30 min, for myself and my wife it was a pleasant stroll however if you have mobility issues it could be difficult as the walk is very steep. I would recommend and i would go back.

Sorrento Dream is the perfect place to stay at if you are visiting Sorrento. With only six suites, the hotel never feels crowded. The staff are attentive to your every needs, making sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. We shared a suite with our two young daughters. The room was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. We felt so welcome as soon as we arrived despite landing late and making it to the hotel at almost midnight. We were warmly welcomed and the room was all set up for us. The breakfast buffet was great and very generous with extremely attentive staff. At night, we often had an aperitif on the terrasse and dinner later as it was very convinient with the children. Antonio and his team went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. They cooked delicious food, made incredible cocktails and, most importantly, were great company. The service and staff at this hotel is just ourstanding. We will definitely be back!

Everything was wonderful, in particular the staff who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. Housekeeping was amazing, everything was spotlessly clean. Very good breakfast. Views from our room were spectacular.

There was nothing we did not like however the following information may help future guests. The property is a little further from the centre of Sorrento than we realised. There were lots of steps which were a challenge for my arthritic knee. There was a lift from our room to the main terrace for breakfast and dinner, however lots of steps to the beautiful pool area. To be fair, this is the case throughout Sorrento so is to be expected. The facilities state there is a washing machine in the room but there is not, however the staff arranged for us to use the hotel machine whilst we were there.

Staying at this property is being the highlight of our trip. The Staff Antonio, Ginebra ,Maria, Melisa and Marina are super professional,loving and the best Italy has to offer. Won’t find better customer service nowhere else. We love Sorento’s Dream!!!!

The staff is amazing they are 24x7 pending on your needs. Very friendly and became like family to us is just 3 days. They make sure that you are having the best time possible and that you are completely satisfied. Best stay in all Italy!!!!

I like that the property is intimate. Because it was windy and there was rain, I didn’t really get to use the property the way I wanted to, but that’s okay. The rooms are amazing. Your staff was so accommodating — such a lovely find.

My only feedback is to discourage family/children staying at the property. It is marketed as a retreat and wellness/spa, and having kids in the pool screaming and playing was a turn off. I was looking at the property as a quiet retreat. If it had been me and my fiancé, I would have been more upset.

I was absolutely blown away by this hotel. It was stunning. Gene and Antonio are absolutely amazing at their jobs and made the stay even more special. Antonio made us delicious meals in the evening and the drinks and cocktails were stunning. Gene made us feel so welcome and was so helpful. The hotel had beautiful views was so relaxing and the hot tubs were the best. It was the best holiday for our little girl.

Our stay in Sorrento was memorable, the villa has everything you needed, great views, delicious breakfast, high quality ammenties ( we love the spas) and top notch staff who will go above and beyond to ensure we have such an amazing time. This place is the ultimate boutique hotel - in the most stunning location with spectacular views and grounds, the many hot tubs, glorious lagoon pool overlooking Vesuvius and large 5 star rooms made this our favourite stay of our 13 night holiday at multiple other lovely hotels, this just stood out. Service - faultless, so welcoming and helpful. The food - gorgeous - highly recommend dinner, best restaurant in town.

A beautiful end to our honeymoon trip around Italy. Firstly the resort itself is beautiful! Modern decoration, excellent facilities and due to the fact it only has 6 rooms, it was very quiet and peaceful which is just what we wanted. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and attentive. Genevra was so helpful checking us in and Antonio made our last meal on our last night a memorable one. Having such great staff really does make a difference. The resort even surprised us with a honeymoon welcome treat which went above and beyond what we expected. Overall, a superb place to stay.
