We loved the location! It's a few minutes away from the Tirano Bernina Express terminal. We also appreciate the staff who assisted us throughout our stay. They were really nice and they are very approachable. They speak English so if you don't know how to speak Italian, French, Spanish, German, among others, it's not an issue! They also respond to our queries and issues we may encounter, online. We also loved the local beer served! I highly recommend this place when you stay in Tirano.

For improvement, they could also serve dinner. To date, they only serve buffet breakfast.

Clean comfy, simple single room Good powerful shower Everything needed was supplied Friendly owner who spoke perfect English Shutter blinds kept the room dark Very centrally located

Check in time ends too early and the owners threaten charges for anyone arriving after 19:20 - not a very friendly welcome and too restrictive Lots of strange electrical equipment around the tv (possibly camera in the room?). Also flashing light in the middle of the night from electrical equipment. Very odd Whole place was rather dated

Convenient location near the historic center and close to the train station. We booked at the last-minute for one night over a holiday weekend to break up a long drive. As three-star hotels in Italy go, I was impressed. Definitely could have been a lot worse. I'm a light sleeper and we didn't hear any noise from other rooms. We were on the fourth floor (with exposed wood beams from the roof - kind of charming) so no street noise and with the window open we could hear the Adda River below us. Bathroom was fine. Everything was clean. The cafe across the river has delicious pastries, so if you just want a coffee and something sweet for breakfast, skip the hotel breakfast and go there.

The "matrimoniale" bed was just two twins pushed together, which is not unusual in Italy but should be noted. The mattresses were worn out so you have the "peaks and valleys" effect when pushed together to make a double bed, but they were still somewhat firm and not a disaster. For one night, it was perfectly fine. They don't have a designated parking lot so you have to try your luck with public parking (could be a nightmare, but we were lucky). Also, they do not have a front desk 24 hours a day, so you can't check in past 10pm.

Great location very close to the train station and center of town. Spacious rooms and bathroom. As it was Christmas the host had provided a Panettone cake for us - thank you very much! :) We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea, sweet and salty treats!! :)

All was very nice. Only the address was not correct and took us to a different location.

Nice location. Very good view from one of the apartments on the top floor. Very cosy and beautiful room at a good price that made us extend the our stay with one night despite the few flaws of the room.

Very strange shower that was very difficult to set a cold enough temperature but that was probably just our apartment. Little bit strange smell in the apartment but once again might have been just our apartment and was easy to get rid of having all windows open that was needed anyway because of the warm weather during our stay.

Great location, clean and nice linen etc. Good price. Close to the old town which is very pretty and lovely restaurants.

The air con was really noisy cutting in and out. We were there in summer so room was quite warm even with the window open. A little noisy with the window open. I didn’t sleep very well because of the noise. I guess out of summer this wouldn’t be such a problem.

Location is really "strategic", near the ancient historical center and near the modern part of the town. Traditional retaurants e and modern Pizzeria are less than 200 mt away. The room is not so big, but the bath has every comfort. the staff was very helpful and friendly

The place of the house.

They are working with Costa Rossa. When you arrive Albergo, they say that the house is somewhere else, it's not far but an inconvinient situation with 3 big bags. Anyway, Costa rossa's location is quite better so I wouldn't complain much.
