Good location 10min walk from central train station. At night lots of cafes to choose from, and during the day the fresh food market close by. Easy access to main attractions, 20 min walk to the Palace. Unit very quiet Lift to second floor

As a self catering property, the utensils etc. in the kitchen was very sparse. Each unit was different so others may have been better equipped. Not a serviced apartment.

It is located to lots of local eateries and easy walking distance to the centre. It is great to have a balcony. The sound proofing in the bedroom was great, you couldn’t hear any street noise whilst sleeping. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

The room had a lot of damage to it from previous guests and didn’t reflect the photos that we saw so on balance it wasn’t as good value for money as it could have been. Kitchen was poorly equipped from a utensil perspective, it’s not really possible to cook there. They didn’t provide some basics like tea towels and the washing up liquid and shower gel was watered down and they provided two toilet rolls for a stay of 5 nights. It might be that other rooms were of a higher standard so we can only speak for the room that we stayed in.

The interior of the property is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. I was impressed with the quality of the linens, including the towels and sheets. The kitchen was excellent, and the wooden panels over the windows effectively blocked the light, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere. The location is also close to many services, restaurants, and markets, so everything is within easy reach.

The main downside was the confusing entry. The address provided by building number and street name did not lead directly to the entrance, and there was no clear sign indicating the presence of hotel apartments. Even after entering through the main door, the layout remained confusing for someone unfamiliar with the place. Additionally, parking was difficult. The paid parking options are expensive for long stays, and even stopping temporarily to unload luggage was challenging.

Really nice place, 7 minutes from the train station (though that means around 15 to the city center but that's just how the city is). All floors accesible by lift. Really clean, super nice staff and everything was great and confortable. Bear in mind reception hours are from 13.30 till 20 or 21h or so, but they do have an emergency number to call.

I was worried about finding it as the reviews said the entrance was a bit tricky, and it was, just look for the exact number, dont look at Google maps. So the entrance looks like a garage one and then you go straight into the parking lots and left is a door which is where the accommodation is. It's nice and safe as has double door but perhaps better signaling. Maybe 20€ for a pet supplement is a bit expensive considering no facilities given for them.

Beautiful apartment, very modern, double glased, spacious and fully equipped. Reception was very helpful, and at night there are great dining options nearby. Check if you want to turn the air-conditioning on (no remote).

Spare bed is a sofa, not very comfy and in the living area. Couldn't get an extra key, so take that into account. The neighbourhood area isn't very inviting during the day, but is nice at night. The washing machine was locked. Needed a deposit (returned a day after checkout) for the apartment. If you are a tourist on a few nights stay, stay in the old town instead.

The property is within a short walk from the train station and also to cafes and eateries. The room is very clean, tidy and beautifully furnished. Essential facilities worked well. The area is peaceful and quiet, providing a good environment for rest at night.

The electric kettle is tiny and is plastic on the inside, which causes the boiled water to have a certain smell. Would be nice if coffee capsules were provided instead of Nescafé instant coffee sachets, like other accommodations we have stayed at in Italy.

the apartment is a great size, in a fantastic location. the living room has a good sized sofa with some cooking utensils. The bedroom is a great size with useable storage for clothes etc. and a safe. A late check in was made super simple via communication on WhatsApp, thank you! You are close to lots of incredible restaurants and an easy walk into the town center or the park, the bus to the airport is also a 10 min walk to the apartment, which we made us of.

limited outlets for charging phones etc. meant we had to unplug lights to charge our devises

the apartment is very spacious, ideal for a family. very comfortable and with luxurious furniture. enorm bathroom .

there are no power plugs near the table in the living room, so it's complicate to work. i didn't received the invoice. it was not possible to leave luggages on arrival in the morning, because access to the venue is possible only in the afternoon.

Everything. Very inviting flat with modern furniture. The rooms were clean and the location optimal for visiting Torino’s major squares and museums. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Very minor things: I wished there were hooks for your coats at the entrance, the hair dryer automatically shuts down when hot allowing only few minutes of hair drying, it would have been nice to have hair conditioner.
