Friendly helpful staff, good prices and calm location with ample modern budget rooms with plenty of street-side parking and nearby convenience stores, bars and restaurants. Breakfast choice was amazing, especially considering the price, and the waiter was extremely professional.

It's a combined-use student residence, so ambience is a bit more "lively" than in a normal hotel. However the guest area has some peculiar people hanging out with beers on the corridor. Cleanliness could be improved, with the bathroom needing a more thorough run-through (grime remains on shelves...) as well as maintenance (rickety shower had one of its doors falling off its hinges, for instance).

The property is well-managed. Check-in was easy and painless. The room is well-sized and has ample natural light, albeit the decor is a bit on the basic/Ikea side. The bed was in a word... OUTSTANDING. Best sleep that I've gotten in Europe yet on this trip so far. The breakfast spread is ok overall as well. I was a bit concerned about the hotel being in a student dorm complex, but it wasn't a problem at all. Good shopping, transit options, and dining close by. Nice cafe and restaurant onsite.

I liked the overall feeling of my stay, the room was cozy and the breakfast tasty. It was clean and comfortable.

The hotel's location was not good, distant from metro stations and main bus lines. Also the food/drinks vending machines in the hallways were not working. In addition, there were some disruptions with the WI-FI connection. The breakfast service closed 30 minutes before scheduled time ( 10:00 AM) once ( went in 9:30 AM, was not able to access), which was weird.

all good .Although is not in town centre it was very easy to jump on the bus (n64)to get to the centre 10 mins.

The room was big enough and it has everything you can expect from a basic hotel. The bed was not the most confortable, but it did the job. Location is not the most central, but public transport is not far away.

The double bed in reality has two different mattresses, so it feels like to single beds clammed together.

Very nice rooms and great staff. Despite the entire place being fully booked the staff found another room for me as the wifi on my floor had a problem. Had a really good sleep despite being so central in the city. And all that for a really good price as well...

wifi was not working well in my original room but I could quickly move into another room. Thanks to the staff for this flexibility!

Very lovely hotel. Enough luxury for a price and very quiet. Away from the city centre which is what I wanted. I needed to rest. Very comfortable. There is a big supermarket with a small cafe just outside.

it’s new and very clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast had many options and they were all tasty. The room was clean and the furnitures were new. It was in a safe neighborhood as well.

I was happy with everything, wish it was a bit cheaper though.

Nice hotel 20 mintues by bus from city center. Next to the hotel is big store (Bennet). Very clean rooms, reliable wifi, staff always helps with the problems.

It is quiet and air-conditioning works well. It is possible to wash laundry, one machine works with coins and other with mobile app. Breakfast is quite okey. Check-in takes but staff is friendly

Location is bit far away from the city center, but you can reach it with just one bus. It is mostly clean,but could be cleaner from some areas.
