Nice place to stay, the room was clean, plenty of space and, in addition, I stayed in the room with balcony, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast might not be for the taste of people, which are used to large buffet, but for me was great. The hotel offers really good pastry for the breakfast, especially croissant and good coffee to accompany. The city center can be reached within 40 min by foot or there's a public transport station right next to the hotel. Overall, pleasant experience.

Small recently modernised facilities in an old building. Facilities seem to be family run and well managed. Secure parking in the courtyard behind with 15 € extra charge. About 20 minutes travel time by bus 8 to major locations. Bus stop very close by and frequent service.

Room is quite small and beds are unstable as they run away under you as you lie back in the bed. Very annoying . Mattress shakes everytime the other person moves. So Difficult to get a good night's sleep. But we were there just one night so it was ok.

Continental breakfast was great, the elevator is a bit small but it works fine, the rooms have a nice balcony. Staff was courteous and helpful even when there were language barriers at times. Close proximity to bus and metro connections to explore the city as well as local restaurants with great food.

The balcony was nice, but there's no view as you're right in the city surrounded by other buildings.

Room was really nice, felt like recently renovated, looking very new and all. Shower was great and everything really clean. Simple but very nice breakfast and parking offer at the hotel was ideal (charged extra but that was known in advance, so no issues at all) as it is very hard to find parking. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall, great value for money and would easily stay again.

If like me you always look to unique and charming hotels when traveling, this is the right spot. Hotel Eden curves away from the standardization of nowadays accomodation industry and lead you into a family run hotel, capable of offering an original experience. The comforts and the appearence are old style but the services are good, so you will have a nice stay while visiting Torino. Breakfast is good and the staff is nice.

Hotel Eden is located in a super spot as its walking distance to the Metro and the main tourist attractions are literally two train stops away. Very friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was excepotional

It would have been great to have a cup or glass in the room. They had plastic cups, which split in half when I opened it out of the packet.

Staff was super friendly, the room was very clean and the parking (paid separated, 15 eur) was a good option since it was Impossível to find a spot close to the hotel.

The breakfast is poor, we didn't eat there. I was also to pay separate a 5 euro fee if I wanted my 4 year old to have breakfast, so it was not really included like it was said when I booked.

The hotel gave us the feeling of an authentic Italian experience, thanks to its balcony. It was clean and they would change the sheets every second day. There was a 24/7 service at reception. The hotel has some affordable parking spots reserved on the street (5 euro per day) or back in the yard (10 euro) which are less expensive than if you pay the normal parking.

The pillows are not comfortable and the bathroom towels do not dry. I would have wanted to have the towels changed instead of the bed sheets. It seemed we disturbed the hotel owner with our demands to have the billing done in the morning before our next day departure. Mea culpa, we were in a hurry.

Excellent customer service. All questions answered in spite of language problems. We don't speak Italian, but between English, Spanish, and French, we understood each other perfectly. The breakfast was great. They called a taxi for us to get to the train station, and made coffee for us before leaving at 6:30 AM for our trip back to France, although their kitchen didn't open until 7 AM. Lovely, helpful, enjoyable people at the front desk. Will definitely go back!

The telephone booth shower was a bit tight, but water pressure made up for it.

I think for the price and for the travelers best choice. If you need to stay in hotel for a few days, this is for you. If you also choose room without bath room, you still have sink in your room. Also really good location.

Everything was perfect on my side. I can just continue with positives. Near to the hotel is fine cafeteria for breakfasts. Staff were very friendly.
