The main benefit of the hotel is definitely the price/value ratio. The hotel is fine, located little bit aside from the city center, but still walking distance. We stayed in Depandance, which another building cross the street. Big benefit is the parking, even if it is paid (price was ok, don't remember exactly).

It can get little noisy, as there is a roundabout between the buildings, but not a big deal. The breakfast is quite frugal, don't expect anything warm (no eggs, sausages, bacon, etc.). But again, you get it free as a part of the package.

Everything was as expected - even better. We were staying briefly in the Quo Vadis Dependance, a nice old building across the street of the main hotel next to the church. Rooms and breakfast were good value for the price. Additional parking was exceptionally cheap. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms had beautiful balconies covered by trees, BUT ... they faced a quite heavily frequented street - even at night. Thus it was rather loud for a north Italian city of that size.

We traveled by car, and book two nights, one night when we arrived in Italy, and another night one week later, when we exited the country. We had different rooms each night, but the comfort and cleanliness was best each time. ✌️ 🛌 Our rooms were located right across the street, from the building where the reception is located. Clean, really nice building, a great place to crash after a long road. Funny story, the main building door was so hard to open (push), that my wife just needed help each time. 😆 🥐 The breakfast is served also in the same building with the reception, it included eggs, butter, coffee, croissants, cheese and prosciutto slices. Really good and tasty. 😋 Because we traveled by car, we had some 🧊 ice packs that we needed for the road the next day, and the lady from the reception was nice enough to offer to put them in the kitchen freezer until we leave (the room refrigerator freezer was not powerful enough and not big enough for this, but it was okay). 🚗 The residence has a big closed parking lot, right near the reception building. This was important for us, since we traveled by car. We left the car there, and enjoyed the city on foot, since the hotel was really close from the city center (around 15 minutes walking).

Nothing to complain about, really. We enjoyed staying here, enjoyed Udine, a really calm and clean city.

Firstly I really recommend staying in Udine. It is so beautiful, charming and crowdless city and we were very glad we made it our base to travel around that part of Italy (from Trieste to Venice, including some time on Lignano/Bibione beaches). Hotel is located 15-20 minutes walk from city center. Building is close to roads and rails and during first night it seemed noisy, but next nights we were tired enough not to notice. Rooms were clean, not very spacious but enough to relax. Italian breakfast - tasty but not too rich or varied.

It is just a ten-minute walk from the hotel to the city center. The air conditioning worked, which was very important. We liked the spacious bathrooms and the breakfast.

It was really very noisy outside. Not only the trafic noise from the street but also some obviously very complicated parking situation in the neighbourhood at 4 in the night. OK for a one night stay.

Convenient location close to train and bus stations and within easy walk to the historic centre. Very friendly and accommodating receptionist and good breakfast. Cheaper than other hotels in Udine yet perfectly satisfying for a short visit.

I think the walls of our room were very thin and we could hear people in the other room (we stayed in the depandance of the hotel)

The breakfast was super. There were varieties,a buffer and it tasted really good 👍.

What i didn't like was the position of the toilet pot and the shower. I found it very difficult to give my toddler a shower because the toilet pot is placed just so close to the shower carbin. Not comfortable for families with younger children.

10 mins walk from bus/train station and city centre. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice breakfast (coffee machine, pastries and continental breakfast). Helpful and nice staff. Thank you! (Near the hotel there are a supermarket, osterie worth going / pubs/ pastry shops and restaurants)

A kettle in the room would be a nice touch to add (one 20ccl bottle of water is available for free though) given the price.

Everything was excellent! Impeccable cleanliness, immaculate white towels and linen, everything with great care, very kind and helpful staff. Excellent positioning, without being in a very crowded area. A pleasant place, worth staying in, in a city that breathes the charm of Italy that we all love!...
