The accommodation was very good in many ways, they have almost every essentials from the fridge, small locker that is the size of iPhone or passport. towels, and hair dryers. The room was big and the bed was conformable in general. Also, the location was really good as San Marco was 20min away in walking distance and there are also ample food stores, gelato shops nearby. Then, the coop (supermarket) was only 3min walk from the accommodation so it was so easier to get the essential needs like water and breakfast (however this supermarket closes around 9.00-9.30pm). The accommodation also had a good and fast wifi service in the room.

The room was hot (like humid hot) and the air conditional was not working well. However, the good thing is that the heater worked well. Also, there were no cups and spoons for drinks so the visitors had to bring their own supplies for their drinks. Then, the locker was small to store an iPad, it was only the size of a passport.

The bathroom was immaculate and newly done and the same for the room. No TV which is such a blessing. The location was great with a supermarket just round the corner and a American star restaurant with a lovely roof terrace overlooking the canal. We had a room right on the canal which, although very noisy if the windows are open was perfectly quiet when they were shut. Bed was fantasticly comfy.

We had a minor issue with plumbing with bathroom sink being full of water due to plug not coming out, but the girl on reception resolved this while we were out so no big deal. My main reservation was that we booked an apartment which was supposed to have a separate living room and sofa bed, but we were not given this. We were given a double room. Since the room was on the canal and much nicer than the so called apartment they offered instead, we accepted that, but still I felt I was paying for something that I didn’t get, but I can’t fault the room that we did have it was lovely

Location was perfect for our needs, nice staff, we got there earlier that the check in time yet still were given the room, we got a free room upgrade which was a lovely touch, room was a good size and overlooking the canal, breakfast was very tasty even if a little limited on choices

The room felt a bit too cold even with heating fully on; the floor was tiled, so make sure you have slippers as the floor was very cold

Location was nice near San Marco and a Water Taxi stop. Also near a main street with lots of shops and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful.

We had to find a room last minute because our flights were cancelled back to the USA. Prices were elevated for last minute bookings for a Friday and Saturday night. But, this hotel offered the most reasonable prices for a last minute stay, was conviently located and took good care of us.

A fairly basic room but perfectly adequate as a base for exploring Venice. Friendly staff. Very convenient for easy access to all the sights. Breakfast on the first day was excellent however the second day the croissant and breads were quite stale. We would stay there again.

Good location. Follow the maps, and easy to find it. If you arrive later than 4pm, you will find a letter with your name on the front door. Follow the instruction, and you will open the door. Be ware that the digital password pad on the right hand side of the front door.

I had a very nice stay here. It was cozy, the staff was very friendly and I would deffinetly recommend this Guest House. Jacopo was very helpfull, he gave us a lot of information about Venice and is very friendly as well!

Great location, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall a great stay.

The bathroom needed a little bit of work eg. the door was warped, and the shower was not very good.

The room with a channel view is absolutely amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The staff was very nice.

The room is not cheap so I was waiting for better hair dryer not the one on the wall, bath robs and sleepers could be great for this price also
