The location of the property is perfect 💯all major attractions are within walking distance, including the closest vaporetto stops which are few minutes away on foot. The owner was amazing, providing information about everything and really attentive when serving breakfast. He even remembered the type of coffee we ordered the first day and asked whether we want the same the following days ☺️ And the croissants served during breakfast were simple delicious 😅

Except for the few mosquitos that were keeping us up at night, everything else was pefect.

We were greeted by young lad Philippe ( I believe Davide's son) . He kindly offered help with the luggage and showed us to our room. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Shower ( was warned by my wife that showers in Venice are not powerful enough) was great and it didn't disappoint. The biggest surprise was in the morning to get fantastic view from the window, breath-taking, can seat all day watching boats and gondola's passing by. Davide has been brilliant throughout the stay, prepared breakfast, provided useful information, and nothing was to much for him with my silly requests. Hotel itself is on the quiet street, so you wouldn't be awaken by busy crowds of tourist if you would like to have a lying, but only few minutes walk from the restaurants and market. 15 minutes walk to all main tourist attractions in Venice and good 25 minutes walk to the main train station. Overall Venice given amazing impression of friendly people, fantastic architecture, delicious food and wine. Can not wait to come back and thank you for having us.

- Very easy to get to the apartment by foot from the Venezia Santa Lucia train station or the bus station (a 20 minute walk through beautiful canals and tourist attractions). - Located next to a busy street with restaurants, cafes and a grocery store, but it's very quiet in the apartment itself. Amazing views of a small canal next to the building. - Perfect place for exploring the tourist attractions, as it's easy to get everywhere on foot. There is also the public boat stop in a 3 minutes walk. And you can easily get to the Rialto Market by crossing the canal on a public gondola. - The host was friendly and attentive.

It was an extremely comfortable stay at Davide s hotel. The bed, shower, towels, hairdryer and air conditioning were all great. I cannot fault anything. The delicious warm fresh croissants at breakfast were an added bonus.Plenty of jams cheese and meat were also available for breakfast.With cappuccino. We ll be back one day! And such a lovely old 17th century building on a canal. Close to all the restaurants but very quiet. Thank you Davide.

location was wonderful…in a quiet area but walking distance to everything. breakfast was appreciated. host was very kind and helpful. our beds were straightened and trash emptied every day which hasn’t happened anywhere else! highly recommend. would stay again.

only complaint was the unit door was literally right beside the business/check in desk so afternoon naps weren’t possible bc of the talking just outside the door.

The location is very good - in the centre and still quiet. A nice old house with a pretty view on the water canal. The hosts were very nice. Both the room and the bathroom were clean. Breakfast simple but very good (bread, cheese, salami, croissants, nutella, jam, yoghurt, oranges). The accomodation was not perfect, but was perfectly suitable for this price.

We were here in January and the rooms were not properly heated. I would estimate 18°C, because I slept in my sweatshirt and under the blankets. But I understand that, considering the price of the accomodation and the price of energies...

BnB was in a great location for exploring but also very easy to get back to the main car park at the end of our stay. The air conditioning was amazing and essential in Venice in the summer.

We tried to walk to the hotel using Google maps when we arrived which took us much longer than necessary all of the little streets confuse Google! You can easily get the water taxi from the main parking and arrive in 10 minutes, this is a much better option, especially with luguage and in the heat of the the summer!

The B&B was very conveniently located. We took the vaporetto from the airport and had a quick walk to it. It was very easy to get to San Marco, Ferrovia, and anywhere, but being a little off the noisy main thoroughfare made it lovely in the nights and mornings. The owner was very helpful and kind. And the cornetti were made fresh and amazing. Whenever we come back to Venice we will be looking to stay here.

Location was good, walking distance to the sights. Nice room for 4 of us. Bathroom just outside room which is in our own corridor, private.Bathroom was spacious with bathtub and a separate shower cubicle. Furniture antique n unique, whole building is nearly 400 years old. Host Davide was friendly n helpful. Let us leave our luggage to be collected later, after we checked out. Breakfast was delicious.

It rained the whole day we arrived.The next day was good weather so we could sightsee more comfortably. Rain not accomodation's fault, obviously!

Excellent location, 5min walk to Rialto bridge. We had a spacious family room with separate private bathroom. Host Davide was very kind and helpful. We could store the luggage on the day we were leaving which was very handy as our train wasn't till 5pm. Really enjoyed Venice and would gladly stay in Palazzetto again
