The bed was kinda of hard but for a king bed very big. Looking at the chandelier was mesmarizing though when lying on the bed nothing you would expect, just thinking about how it was made and how in the world did it make it into the room. We enjoyed the kind staff at breakfast and in the lobby at check in. You are able to leave your keys at the front desk when someone is there if you walk around and come back. We had to walk around to the other hotel to eat breakfast. You have to pay extra to sit outside as they say it is reserved it is not just if you pay extra. We had the king side room with two small balconies that had an excellent view of the canal. The weather beginnig of October was nice and cool so keeping the windows for a bit at night and morning is needed as there is no AC that had turned on. The bathtub jets worked great too after a long day of walking to rest and relax.

The "tax" u had to pay was 28 euros when you check out BEWARE not sure why not stated and should on booking or anywhere. So we really questioned why this was asked when we checked out. No coffee machine in the room or in the lobby. The one in the lobby said it was broken/not in use and that should be fixed. It would be nice if they did use the bar space for a nice night cap drink.

Room and decor was stunning. We has a view of the garden which was nice, and all the lounges in the building were great.

Breakfast was fairly good, but not as high quality as at other 4 star hotels. Staff sometimes made barista coffee for you in the mornings which was great, but sometimes they wouldn't directing you to a coffee machine that made quite low quality coffee and no espresso. Would have been happy to have paid for the barista coffee. Couldn't alter air-conditioning in the room, so you need to talk to reception and they change it from there. Fine except if you're someone who suffers hot flushes or otherwise need to change temperature more often to get comfortable. Some of the breakfast tables were far too small, but the booths were great. No weight scales available to check your luggage prior to flight out.

We enjoyed our stay in Pesaro Palace due to its absolutely convenient location being close to nearly all landmarks and public transportation. Our windows faced the Grand Canal and the inner court with a smaĺl garden but the noise did not disturb us at all. All the staff did their best to please the guests. The bed was big and comfortable with high quality linens, and we were impressed by the way the room was furnished and with the Murano glass chandeliers both in the room and the bathroom. The bathroom was spacious with all sorts of toiletries, and what is more - it had both a bathtub and walk-in shower. All in all, the breakfast was quite good but we were really missing natural yogurt. We didn't mind some interiors looking tired as it's a good way to feel "the good old days" of Venezia and its palazzos with their special style and atmosphere.

Friendly staff, although clearly very inexperienced. Fantastic and very convenient location, room quiet despite proximity to waterbus stop. Early problems with check-in were resolved and did not not spoil our stay, but see below, Public areas immaculate and very grand.

No air conditioning. No facility for tea, coffee etc. Room very tired and in need of refurbishment. First room shown not at all as booked, took a further 2 rooms before an acceptable one found, even then had to ask for comfortable chairs as booked. Breakfast sub standard for this level, stale croissants, self service machine for coffee (in an Italian hotel !) . Not all options available every time (eg. pancakes 1 morning out of 3). Beautiful public areas but no reason to use them as no bar facilities. Made the mistake of returning after a wonderful visit 10 years ago, the hotel standards have slipped and it does not deerve it's rating and was poor value for money.

I felt like a princess in the deluxe suite in a Venetian Palace. Wonderful views of the canal and the room was very big. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The quiet hotel is around the corner from a busy street with close by restaurants and shops. It is several feet away from the vaparetto stop and very convenient. The staff was lovely and helpful.

Being on the 4th floor, the hot water did not make it up to the top floor. I had to take showers or use the spa at night. The room overlooks the vaparetto stop which can be noisy at night.

The location seemed to be in a wonderful spot for sightseeing, water taxis and for traveling on and off Venice. We unfortunately had to cancel our plans to stay because of the rail system shutting down during incredible rains and we had a deadline to catch a cruise ship several hours south the next morning. The customer service staff was very understanding and gave us a full refund. The communication through messaging was very efficient and thorough. They were very nice about the whole situation and we would definitely book them for a future stay.

First of all, we have to mention the helpfulness and kindness of the hotel staff! They let us check in early for a good reason and surrounded us with care and attention. You can enjoy delicious coffee and other things for breakfast. Breakfast goes until 10:30 which is good for sleep lovers. The hotel is housed in an ancient palazzo and is conveniently located within walking distance of the city's main attractions. It is conveniently connected by water transport - private taxis and vaporettos. The rooms are clean and new, the climate is dry and warm, the shower has great hot water, and the bedding is lovely - mattresses, pillows and warm blankets! Having been to Venice for the tenth (or even twelfth) time, I can confidently say that this is the best hotel for the price in Venice! We will definitely be back again ♥️

A little something that could be added to the rooms - water in the minibar.

Super location at the heart of Cannaregio with shopping a short stroll away, a brisk 10-12m walk to Piazza San Marco, very accessible with Vaporetto (water bus) service right outside and nice little garden area out front; fantastic staff (Barbara is a superstar and could not to enough for us during our stay); rooms well decked out.

The only niggly bits being one of the 3 rooms had a lacklustre A/C and the lack of a cafe onsite is a faux pas (for us tea and coffee drinkers).

The hotel is right next to a water bus stop, so you can get around easily. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Our favorite part of this experience was the receptionist Barbara. She gave us individualized recommendations that made our time in Venice a wonderful memory we'll never forget: sights, restaurants, walking areas, you name it. She was most helpful and did all of this in the kindest and cheerful way possible. Thank you!

The water didn't get really hot the second day, but that might be a Venice and not a hotel problem. They could use a new toilet brush.

The location is great. The hotel itself has really luxurious finishing, the wood, the interior design exactly as it is called! A palace..full of Murano and crystal chantelier..the view on the canal from the first floor is just great. A fairy stop is just front- Grapping a ride on the gondola is just from the corner! The room was so nice and not noisy at all. The hotel has no restaurant..

The breakfast is really poor! Not a good quality..such a pity not to reflect the real fresh Italian breakfast! All displayed items were not made fresh..in addition to some cheese and scrumbled eggs..or musli..Not many option for vegan/vegetarian
