The B&B Vista Sul was a clean, comfortable, inviting home apartment. It is easy to find, check in was simple, and the family who runs it are knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast is brought into your room at your requested time and based upon your request when you check in. This appears to be a holdover from Covid days and is not my preference, but I understand it. The location is good, it is at the intersection of two major canals. There are very good nearby restaurants, with our favorite being Trattoria Alla Feratta. Walking to Rialto bridge is 15 min. All in all, a great visit.

We had the canal room and it was fabulous! our friends had a smaller room down the hall and it was good but didn’t have the view . Our room was huge and could have slept 4 easily. We opened the windows and had a great breeze all night long…. being by the Grande canal is not quiet tho… the boats go down the canal till at least midnight making lots of noise and start up again at around 7. The view was spectacular ! it is extremely hard to find the entrance to the B &B the first time but afterward we had no problems. it is close to the train station but you must go over a large bridge to get there. The breakfast was delicious and filling and was brought to your room. This is a great B &B - try to get the canal room! The owners took great care of us!

The room was very clean and spacious for a family of 4. Well stocked with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Location was convenient next to the ACTV stop. So, we were able to commute to the train station, airport and all sites conveniently. Host was very nice and responsive. Breakfast was a freshly made and delivered to the room.

Laura is such a fine hostess. Nice breakfast, quiet, comfortable. Location close to trains and busses is nice, but it is off the beaten track so we felt like we had our own piece of Venice. Great place from which to explore Cannaregio and Castello.

A little bit hard to locate the exact entrance. The bell is one of four bells a couple of feet to the left of the door and the labeling is small. Be sure to pay close attention.

the location was centralized and a quick walk from the train station. Once in the room, it is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious and comfortable. The single beds (2 in our room) were perfect for both 17year old and 12 year old child. The master bed was comfortable and warm. We were a bit worried about the cold weather but the room and extra blankets were perfect and kept us all warm. The fairy stop is just steps from the front door, perfect!!! our host Julia was the sweetest and helpful with a map and handbook of how to get around, best restaurants and locations. This was perfection for the family! and did I mention the cats <3 there are cats at this home in the gardens, simply adorable and friendly! and last but not least breakfast! is delivered to your door in an adorable cart from a form you complete the evening before with your selections. Fantastico!! we enjoyed and truly love this place, thank you Julia for welcoming us to your beautiful home!

Fantastic location, less than a 10 minute walk from the railway station and only 1 minute from the vaporetto stop – if you're catching the bus to the airport like we did, it's only two stops to the bus station from there. We stayed in the attic room which is very spacious and clean and partially overlooks the canal. A lovely breakfast was brought up to our room every morning, with fresh fruit and croissants but you can pick whatever you'd like from the list when you arrive. Laura was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome. She sent directions and a map and information on the water buses and Venice card before we arrived and there was a folder full of info and restaurant recommendations in our room too which was really helpful. She was also happy to look after our luggage for the day as we had a late evening flight home. All in all a lovely stay.

The hot water in the shower was a little hit and miss at times but that's all.

It is a great place to stay! Not too far from the station. Eating breakfast while looking out the window to view the canal was amazing. The place also had an elevator which helped us with our heavy luggage. The host was very friendly and always looking to help. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Junior suite with the view to the Canal Grande. The view is amazing. Room was big, bigger than most hotel rooms. Also the bathroom/shower is spacious. Breakfast is served to your room. A short walk from the train station, 20-25min walk from St Mark's Square. Owners are really helpful, give great advice what to see and how to see Venice.

Laura the host was very friendly and gave us lots of tips for restaurants and getting around the city. She allowed us to check in early and let us leave our luggage after checking out in the morning.The B&B was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. A great location for exploring the city.

We had the canal room. Loved the view. Location was great. Room comfortable. Bathroom outstanding. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Couldn’t be better.

Everything was good, but I’d like to give to minor suggestions for feedback that could be easily addressed. One is a a few drops of WD40 for the bathroom door… :-). Second is that the blankets with separate sheet are very impractical. Would love to see the blanket in a (duvet)cover so that I don’t end up sleeping under a blanket with the sheet fallen away. We needed to stay warm-it was chilly in Venice.
