ES is small and beautiful hotel, with clean and comfortable room. The bedlinen was clean and fresh. The bed comfy enough. Special thanks to staff for spotless shower and fantastic room designe. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. We had the room with wide enough balcony where we had few chairs and table. At the summer time it is great place morning breckfast. The check-in and check-out were very easy. The location is excelent, 5 minut of walk to Verona Arena and 15min to get trainstation. So we didnt use public transport at all. Beside that inspide ot that fact that is city centre it is pretty quiet area. It was even better than I expected from the hotel of this price range. Im obsolutely sure u will not regret if you stay in ES. Recommend

Very good location, only few minutes walking to the Christmas market and to the Arena. Room and bathroom have a good space. Also a good equipped shared kitchen. Monica was very supportive, and it was a complete and easy self check in and check out. You can find paid parking ( 1 euro per hours , from 8 am to 8 pm , sunday is free )in the streets near the house inside the blue stalls or there is an underground car park in the nearby Piazza Cittadella.

The room was very pretty, nicely decorated, easy to find and in a very central location, very close to the arena.Our communication with the host was easy and without any issues. Definately in a perfect location to experience the city and to be close to the station too. Highly recommend.

The TV was not working properly and we had some issues with the shower (overflowing), for which we notified the host and once fixed, the room would be absolutely perfect. We want to come back and book it again.

Staying at Lovely Monica was an unforgettable experience! The grand entrance to the beautiful building set the tone for a truly luxurious stay. The balcony was a hidden gem, perfect for savoring a morning cup of tea while soaking in the stunning views. Monica, the host, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel truly at home. Without a doubt, we'll be returning for another delightful stay!

Disappointed that the coffee pot and induction didn't work together, but otherwise a satisfactory stay.

The check-in was super easy. The place was literally 3 minutes walk from the Arena. Everything was clean and visually appealing. The toilet even though it was shared it was super clean and had all the necessary. Kitchen also was full of equipment if guests needed to prepare some food or to keep something on the fridge.

The only thing that was a little frustrating for me was that there were no flip flops, with a shared bathroom they would have come in handy.

The accommodation is in a very good location. The building also has an elevator. The apartment was always clean, the common areas were tidy. The owner sent all the necessary information on time. Monika is a very good host, flexible, kind, always responded immediately.

A cozy and spacious apartment almost in the city center. Clean, comfortable and smells delicious. Polite and wonderful hostess! 10-15 minutes walk and you are already in the center of events and in Juliet's courtyard, by the way. I liked everything very much! Thank you very much!

The host was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The room was warm, comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms, although shared, where clean and always kept. The location was very good. I would recommend to anyone.

Only nitpicking of my part, because the problem could be with my own usage of the equipment, was the hairdryer didn't seem to work.

We had a flat tire on the way and host left her friends on the restaurant to come help us. She was very kind. There was a laundromat for the first time of my many trips. The place was even cleaner then our own house. Everything was simply perfect.

everything was very clean (especially the bathroom), good looking property with new furniture, great location right in the heart of verona, i loved the balcony and special thanks to Monica, the owner who was incredibly nice and patient with us. I 100% recommend and we’ll definitely come back if possible
