Fantastic location. Mathew and his colleague were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. The accommodation was superb, very clean, comfortable and with necessary air conditioning, bed linen and towels were changed frequently, also had a well stocked fridge with cold drinks and alcohol. Very Italian welcome and surroundings-can't wait to go back!

Our room was on 2nd floor facing front street -although it was not a major road, more like a back street, it could be very busy at times and noise travelled up off the cobbled street -we got used to it as was all part of the holiday experience.

The room was big and very clean and pretty! It had a beautiful window view of an old building that we really liked! We stayed 4 nights and the changed our towels twice! The staff was very polite and helpful always with a smile! We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was just amazing and the breakfast was sooo nice! Dont miss it!

In the bathroom there was a fan on the wall that is there for ventilation and turns on when you turn the light on! It was really loud ! Most of the times we went in the bathroom without opening the light because it was so annoying ! Also one of the handle’s in the shower was really old and had rust! If someone slipped it could hurt them really bad! If these where fixed i would totally give a 10!

Everything was great. They accommodated late check-in and helped me organise a taxi when I had to leave very early. Breakfast is of good quality and there is plenty. Plus great atmosphere as it's actually a café open to locals from outside. I had a standard room which I loved for its simplicity and cozyness at the same time. Location is fabulous, away from the crowds but close enough to the city center. If they keep this balance and value for money, I'll happily be back.

Only inconvenience is that, arriving at the train station, it's a long walk (50min). So you need to be sporty or will depend on a bus which doesn't ride late or very early hours. Airport is a 30min ride by taxi but during day hours you can catch a bus to the station and then on to the airport.

Location was nice, walking distance to Verona Old Town. Big parking area (for free) nearby the hotel. Self Checkin possible. Breakfast buffet was nice, a lot of choices to eat and situated in a nice outside garden. Got a free baby bed at request.

The lift/elevator is super slowly, you'll be faster taking the stairs. I was charged again at the hotel for the room, although I had previously paid with booking.com, but after re-checking my booking the hotel is now working on refunding me.

Check in was straightforward with full instructions given to self check in Large room in an historic building which is located very near to the centre and everything in town was within easy walking distance. The room had good heating and there was air con for the summer Good breakfast Free Parking nearby

Wi-fi dropped out at 10.30 several evenings Wardrobe/bedside furniture was quite basic No tea/coffee making facilities in the room or available in the evening which is fairly common in Italy

The place is the best. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed by the host with the specific Italian positivity and awesomeness. Very friendly hosts which went above and beyond to make sure I had all that I needed. When I told them I don't eat gluten, they made sure I had some gluten free options for breakfast. The room was huge! Spacious, clean, very comfortable bed. Even though it was facing the street, there was no noise coming in through the closed windows. The location is spot on! 3 minutes away from the old city centre. Very easy to visit Verona on foot and walk through the beautiful old town. This is what makes this place a great value for money. I came by train to Verona and I took the bus from the train station (Porta Vascoso) which dropped me off 2 minutes away from the hotel If you found an available room, book it now!

There wasn't much to complain. I am still not used to the Italian breakfast, so maybe a bit more options. At least some eggs, in the morning.

Easy to find the hotel, Great location just 5- 10 min walking from Centre. Quiet area , very clean and big room with big bed. Air condition. We was leaving very early in morning and the host prepper for us bag with breakfast. Very nice Italian coffee in house. There is free parking right next to the hotel , we left our car there is safe and comfortable if you traveling by car. Sometime there is no place in the parking as is the only free one in the town and maybe you have to wait till there is a space.

Warm welcome by host who addressed our call query and checked us in promptly - we were so glad our room was ready, especially when we only had a day in Verona. The building and suite is cosy and grand - we loved the furnishing in our suite and its amenities e.g. the bed was so comfy and TV could screen-mirror or cast (Netflix was available but for some reason it didn't work for us that night) Bonus: There is even an elevator to bring us up to our floor, really unexpected/welcome addition! The host runs a cafe which doubles up as breakfast room with an outdoor garden. Location was great, a few mins away from free parking space, on the same street for the funicular to San Pietro viewpoint and 10 min walk to the bridge gate to Verona's historic center. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nothing, really.

The first feeling when opening the room was very welcoming with welcome drink of gas water, which I never received in any other accommodations in Italy so far. Plus, the electric code is adjusted to international so there was no need for me to use my multi-adapter.

If I really have to mention, the parking for those who uses cars like myself, but it is a free public parking lot with its distance very close to main places. Just mentioning to let people know this. I didn't have any difficulties.

Excellent location, 5min from the Verona centre. Large public (free of charge) parking is app 100m distant,in the end od the street. The room is comfortable, the staff is polite and breakfast is nice in the very cosy bar located in the ground floor of the b&b.

The light in the bathroom was not sufficient.
