I came by train and that meant I arrived very late at night. The hotel clerk was pleasant and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I got an automated message on the way to Little Rock saying that my request for transportation from the train station would be taken care of at no additional cost. That turned out not to be the case. The hotel has no shuttle and I had to try and figure out how to get there at almost midnight. If a human would have responded I believe the information would have been correct. It turned out okay as the railroad had someone at the station who could assist me, but that was a bit of a disappointment. Overall it was a very good place to stay.

I loved the location and the comfort of the room. The room is set up like a little efficiency apartment and it was great to have the extra space to move around. We enjoyed the outside space to stay up and spend time with friends by thw pool. The location was perfect and walking distance to everything we wanted to do in downtown Little Rock. We will definitely book here again.

The breakfast options were a little underwhelming. Not many pastry options and no waffles, which is what my son usually goes for. We ended up getting breakfast elsewhere so the breakfast was not a deal breaker for us. The staff member working the breakfast area was AMAZING! She was so friendly and attentive! We loved her.

I travel a lot (I have been around 80 countries) almost six months a year. It was my first time in pretty Arkansas. This hotel is one of the best ever (on the world). Fantastic!! I liked everything. The staff was amazing, such wonderful ladies; everyone. The room is big, comfortable, clean, very well equipped, beautiful. Bed, shower, refrigerator, TV, everything was great. The breakfast was abundant and tasteful. The lobby is nice. They even have a basketball court. Location is perfect, the area is safe. I enjoyed so much; thanks!!

The standup shower was vey large and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. I loved the ceiling fan in the bedroom. It was a very quiet location considering we were in downtown Little Rock. I liked the kitchen area and the refrigerator with an ice maker.

The mattress was stained on my side and my boyfriend’s also. The shower water temp was a little cold. They would not waive the pet fee for my Emotional Support Animal, because he was a service dog. The elevator didn’t work once while we were there and we had to use the stairs.

I thought the location was great. I also appreciated that pets are welcome at this very pleasant place to stay. It was within walking distance of several good restaurants that had outdoor seating so our dog could come along. It was a quiet, safe area, easy to drive in and close to most things we were doing. Breakfast was very good.

Many of the lightbulbs in our room were burned out. Seemed dark, especially in the bathroom. The lamp beside my bed was so dim I couldn't even tell it was turned on.

All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. I think the womans name who checked us in is Valencia. she was so nice and explained about parking, breakfast and pool hours. The woman at breakfast made sure the food and juices were refilled so there was enough for all the guests. We had our grandkids with us and she said if we needed help with anything don't hesitate to ask her. Saturday, Haley was at the front desk and she was so friendly, and polite. Her smile brightened my day and evening.

Nothing not to like

Location of the hotel was great! Major attractions were within walking distance. Shantel, also known as Shanny Mae, was awesome! She was working the breakfast area, but she made sure all of our needs were taken care of and addressed. She was great!

Front desk staff was not very friendly. We spoke to 2 different front desk agents, and both were not very friendly. When we approached them, they seemed to be bothered by guests. Hotel had only one elevator working, so to get on the elevator, it was a long wait at times. When we go to the room, one of the dressers had a loose handle on the drawers. The TV in the living area also didn't work. Maintenance eventually fixed the problems.

I loved the layout of my room. It felt like I was back home. I loved that the room came with a fridge, sink, table etc. All Great Amenities! First time and certainly wont be the last time I book here!

There was nothing I did not like. Everything was great. The location was perfect, although I do wish there was more free parking versus paying daily, but that is a given. No worries there. Awesome location!

After a long 8 hr drive it’s nice to have a light snack with a bowl of soup , it did the trick , we did not have to leave the hotel and it was included as was the breakfast which was a very good spread. Very thing was clean and well presented, the room with the kitchen was well equipped , the size of the fridge was amazing for a hotel room . We will be repeat customers. Thank you.

The staff was great, the property was wonderful as well. Tamika was amazing. I didn’t get to meet her in person but she really helped with our reservation changes. Top notch. It was only challenging with parking. Will definitely select this property again in the future.

I don’t think I was fully aware it would be like that but we made it work. Outside of that, the stay was great.
