It was a nice place, sorta easy to find, lol! The receptionist was semi friendly and didn't give us a wake-up call I requested, but it's ok. We sat an alarm to be up and out. I work in customer service, and the guy just seems like he needs to loosen up some, have fun with his job, talk louder and just be a little more outgoing. But I also understand 100% how hard it is to do this with some people. He did have a few hasty/mad oldies over no breakfast, and in his defense, it was 645, and it clearly stated that breakfast is open at 7am, so they were at fault, not him. He still gets an A in our book. 💗 and he did offer to carry the 13yo beagle up 4 flights of stairs for me. 💗💗💗

That we couldn't stay longer and enjoy things better. We were late coming in and had a schedule to stick to.

The staff were extremely kind. Breakfast was great and very clean area. The bed was amazing, pillows were the best. I could have lived in the shower for the amazing water pressure. I had the best little refrigerator, it was one of the few that kept everything amazingly cold. The hotel is close to everything you may possibly need and the staff will be glad to help you find anything special. I will definitely be staying here again!!

elevator was out, we were supposed to be on an upper floor but I am having a problem with stairs right now so the clerk relocated us to the first floor. I believe the elevator has been out of service for some time now :( It would be nice if breakfast could start at 630 instead of 7, there were several people waiting for it.

Location is great, surrounded by many food and shopping options and very close to highway! The Staff were extremely welcoming, and the bed was comfy.

I accidentally booked a room with a stand in shower & it looked like it could use a good scrub… We have a toddler to a tub is necessary for our stay, so my husband went to ask if we could change rooms, the staff was very understanding and moved us across the hall to a room with a bathtub! As soon as I walked in and looked at the tub I seen it had hair in it from what I assume was the guest before us, nothing major but still would prefer to not have to clean when I first arrive.

Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the facilities. Beds very comfortable. Requested feather pillows and they kindly had them in the room. Greated with warm cookies and freshly popped corn. The hot breakfast was very good. The staff at all shifts were friendly and very knowledgeable. Would gladly stay there again.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hot breakfast provided. The breakfast room was clean and bright with plenty of seating at the time we used it. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed on a Thursday night and it was quiet. We would stay here again.

The bathtub showed damage/wear.

This is not a four star hotel and some facilities are showing a bit of wear despite very good maintenance. But the bed was very comfortable, everything was clean and fresh and the breakfast was well stocked. Excellent value for the price.

The elevator could use some maintenance... The sounds coming from it were a bit concerning even if they didn't indicate something that is a problem.

While an older facility it was clean and comfortable (as were the beds). Large room, good size bathroom with plenty of hot water and water pressure. The breakfast was excellent as they had waffles, cream chip beef gravy, biscuits, eggs, and sausage as well as yogurt and juices. Plenty of parking and a quiet location.

Location was close to everything-shopping, entertainment, etc!

Breakfast was subpar! Only white bread, along with a toaster, waffle maker, juice, coffee, and cereal on the 1st day, but none on the 2nd day! I only stayed 2 nights! Since I eat light for breakfast, the 1st day was fine with cereal, but not too great with no cereal on the 2nd day.

Location was awsome the hotel was very clean staff was awsome ! And the beds and pillows were super comfortable! I will certainly book here again!! Breakfast was also very good. I cant say anything bad !

If anything the small shampoo left in bathrooms was not much to use ! Normally bring my own but forgot it this time but by no ways a deal maker !!
