Great location, clean and comfy rooms, friendly staff. Everyone was nice. Breakfast ok. We enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

We stayed for a week in President Villa. First few days, we stayed in a room which had issues with hot water and WIFi internet connection. We had to run the water for a while to get hot water. We asked the staff many times repeatedly about the WiFi. They said they informed the maintenance so wait and try again. Apparently only this room had issue with internet. On the 4th day, front desk staff Henry switched us to a different room which was comfy, and everything was good. We liked the second room..Many thanks Henry. We wished they had done that sooner. By the way, for some reasons, GPS location sends to a different nearby location when trying to catch a Uber ride. Just be aware of this.

Staff very helpful, especially Mikael on reception, allowed early check-in, stored luggage, breakfast decent although line feels a bit school dinners. Small rooftop pool. There is a daily resort fee which was included with our original price but important to check if it is or isn't , excellent location, short walk from beach. Room okay although smallest bathroom ever. bed a bit too soft.

Rooms were somewhat renovated. Rooftop pool was great with lots of loungers. Lobby was really nice and had that wonderful Miami hotel smell. Front patio was a great spot to people watch.

Our floors were really dirty (made our socks black) I asked about having them washed but don’t think it was done.

Property is a great locations, pool is lovely and room was really spacious and clean! Welcome drinks were a really lovely touch.

We were charged an additional $70 for checking out 30 minutes late. We simply lost track of time and I think a call from reception or even reception letting us know about a potential additional charge should have been made.

The rooms were very clean, okay the bathroom surprisingly it's actually roomy and clean, bed was very comfortable and the breakfast is held as a buffet at the President Hotel, however you don't feel the plates they do have servers that do that. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon, toast, bagel, many danish, cereal, juice and coffee. Location was perfect. Closer to our shops, close to Walgreens, one block away from the beach, block and a half away from Starbucks, and again a block and a half away from the famous South Beach strip. I have to do is just walk down a few blocks and you're the famous beautiful Miami Beach area there of South Beach.

That we didn't get the option to use the pool because it was raining and they had it closed.

Clean, good staff and perfect location

Overall the hotel was great for the price I paid. If you are on a budget and want to take advantage of the location and the best spots in Miami beach this hotel did not disappoint. The beach is 5min away and all the best restaurants are within walking distance. I barely used any transportation because everything is within walking distance. At least for me that I spent most of the time at the beach, pool, eating on restaurants and walking around the area.

The location was perfection. Around corner from. Ocean Dr. Close to other main attractions. Walking distance to everything. No car needed. Pretty bright rooms in the villas. Housekeeping daily. Morning buffet breakfast. Loved the patio space. Safe in room Mini-fridge in room Everyone was very nice. Complimentary cocktail voucher for adult guest.

I would have liked a drawer to store folding clothes. Had to leave them in suitcase on floor. No microwave on premises Bathroom beautiful but no counter space. Couple of small glass shelves on back wall.

Clean and a easy walk to everything. The new restaurant Blue Lavender across the street was absolutely 💯 amazing.

Had to keep getting room key reset everyday. The only access to our room was elevator. Everyone had a problem with operating elevator. Bartender was grumpy and absent most times. Please replace penguins on the terrace at Penquin hotel Squeaky fan in air-conditioned. Had to use earplugs.

Location was amazing, the room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Air con worked well and we had a view of the garden. The breakfast was ok, the staff were friendly and helpful. We booked a taxi to the airport and they let us down at the last minute. Lucky for us a member of the staff, Kevon, had a ride there in 5 mins.

Although the bathroom was large and clean, the shower had no pressure and the water was lukewarm warm. To many people at the breakfast area so it was hard for the staff to prepare things like toast
