Quick access to universal studios about 1 min drive. spacious room, really nice if you’re rooming with family!

Parking was a little weird, they also charge $30 for parking . they have longer parking spots and you have to leave your keys at the front desk if you’re blocking another car. which is a little inconvenient when you wanna go to your car and the front desk is checking people in, you have to wait to get your keys.

That is walking distance to universal studios.

The floor sod our room were very dirty! It turned our feet black we had to wash them before getting into bed. When I complained about them they told me we’d get our room cleaned again but when we returned back to our room the next day they was still stuff on the floor that were there when we left, such as cereal from our kids, lint, and other debris. Our feet were still very dirty just walking on the floors. The beds and pillows would hard as a rock and very uncomfortable to sleep on.

It was clean and room was very big. We got a deluxe double queen suite I think it was called. Room was huge and spacious. more than perfect for 4 people. Super close to universal studios; less than a 5 min drive.

Parking and parking prices are horrible. price for parking is way too expensive for having to fit in a tight tiny garage. if you have a big suv or truck then forget it. We parked directly in front of the hotel. it’s metered parking, however it’s free from like 9pm until 9am. can’t remember the times but yea. just do that instead. I get you want people to pay for your property to park but the front desk girl tried to tell me I couldn’t park there.

The location was within walking distance to universal studios. The staff was helpful. There was a small store in the lobby that sold water and snacks.

The mirror and counters were in need of repair. Not enough towels for 4 guests. The name of the hotel includes the word “spa,” but there are no spa services for many years. Rough neighborhood with lots of talkative homeless people hanging around the corners.

Location is great. 3 mins drive to Universal studio. It’s also walkable too. Lobby looks nice. There’s a large bar fridge in the room. Nothing really particularly great. it’s pretty standard.

Parking expensive and they also charge extra/night to supplement for their staff or something. The parking is front and back so you need to leave your car key to the counter if you park on the outside. Swimming pool was broken when we were there. Hallway and room smelled chemical. Depending on the price you get, it may or may not be a good value to you. You need to add about $50 per night on top of the room rate for parking and the extras they charge.

Great location easy walk to universal studios, or catch tram if you struggle walking uphill. Room was a very good size with nice comfy beds and bedding. Nice outdoor patio area which was unexpected. Modern themed hotel but starting to show its age. Secure parking but it is a bit pricey.

Stayed here in 2019 and it's definitely looking a bit tired now. Rooms are not kept as clean as they were before. This is annoying as you are charged an extra $18 cleaning fee on arrival, for what I'm not sure as the hotel was definitely not as clean as it was before the cleaning fee. Was quoted $25 for parking but was charged $30. The fitness centre is very basic and most of the machines are broken.

location is perfect for walking distance to universal studio after across the bridge you will see bus stop in front of a big parking garage and you can wait here for free shuttle bus from and to universal studio no need to walking up the hill The room size is match for my family, 5 peoples wt 2 kings bed and 1 rollaway. Microwave and coffee machine also work. I reached the hotel in early morning and i also can drop all luggage at the hotel before i walking to universal and when I back to hotel at late night reception still there so everything convenience for me.

Front desk staff was super friendly and quick to get us checked in. We are a married couple by ourselves and enjoyed our stay in our room. The bed was really comfortable, room smelled clean and looked clean, bathroom was spotless, room was pretty big with updated laminate wood flooring, lighting was pretty dim in the room, but I enjoy dim lighting. You can tell they have renovated this hotel and it looks and feels more modern. Compared to other local hotels, this is definitely worth trying! Parking was easy to get in and out of. We had a rental and parked behind other vehicles a few times, so we had to give the front desk keys to rental vehicle so they could move it, if that was a problem. Parking structure has a ton of cameras and well lit at night, so I felt safe parking. The hotel location is off the freeway, so outside there is no "beautiful scenery", it's all about convenience to local Universal Studios and room comfort here. Also...In N Out is a block away! :)

Housekeeping needs some work, we asked for fresh towels and extra pillows several times and never got them (front desk apologized and stated they were short staffed). We were told by front desk that the bar down in the lobby area was going to be open at certain times, and a bartender never showed up. Not the hotel's fault though.

Location was good close to Universal Studios but we did use an Uber after the first day it was rough walking up that hill lol. Staff were very nice and very helpful they stored our luggage when we arrived it was a still a little early and room wasn't quite ready. They also stored our luggage for us after check out we had a late flight and wanted to check out more sights. The room was big and comfortable for our family of 5 and was clean.

No complaints was a good stay for our first trip to California.

Love the proximity to universal studios! Literally a 3m drive. I also had a balcony and didn't know a balcony was included in the room

The hotel is advertised as walking distance, and although technically you can walk..it is about 1mile away! I thought it was more of a 5 or 10m walk not close to 30min! Otherwise it's still a good hotel. Parking is tandem if you aren't lucky enough to have a solo spot and you will have to turn your keys in if you're parked behind someone
