Nice big and clean room, comfortable and quiet

Parking situation was very confusing as it’s an independent garage and yet Homewood suites offers it as their parking, ultimately I got charged by both the garage owner and the hotel. Staff is vague about explaining it, it’s cheaper to pay the garage rather than go thru hotel and that was annoying how I had to call the hotel to get the refund for double charges on parking. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay, complimentary breakfast was good too.

shuttle , location, cleanness, staff, nice beds, good shower, big rooms, kitchen, renovated rooms. we had excellent experience! I was in doubt during booking, as there are several hotels in this area in the same price range. Im happy I’ve stayed here, as this one had the most spacious and updated rooms.

included breakfast was a bit less for me as I’m a vegan/healthy type… but I could find some items for the first morning, the second morning I made my own breakfast, happily there is a nice kitchen in our room. Also the breakfast times between 6-9 am all days of the week are very uncomfortable.

Very clean. Had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent, just what I needed after a long flight. Location to airport very close and shuttle bus was quick and efficient.

I tried to make an important international call to the U.K. from my room but was unable to do so. I went down to reception for assistance but they had no clue how to make an international call from hotel landline. They were very unhelpful and not really interested in my dilemma. I left without being able to make the call which was very frustrating.

I like the hotel because it's very near to airport. The room has kitchen. The breakfast is good but waffle is the best but the batter runs out so fast. I like that there's a garage but the fee is very overwhelming. The whole place is elegant. I will definitely come back here. I recommend this place to all travelers. It's a great place with only minimal stuff to fix.

The room is wide but looks old. The room looks neat but when I checked the trash can near the toilet there's a tissue paper inside. The microwave has dust. This means the place is not well cleaned and sanitized.

Very near at the airport, room is very clean, and breakfast is very good.

When I called and asked one of the staff if someone can come up to my room and give me extra towels. She said “yes” but no one showed up. I called back half an hour later to ask again. I had an issue with regards to the TV remote. I was logging in in my Netflix account and it took me forever to log in because it isn’t working properly. Thought of calling at the front desk again but I just let it be coz I don’t want to wait again.

Super welcoming and helpful staff. Close to the airport with shuttle bus included. Secured location. Nice franchise cafeterias in the same building. Lovely amenities. Super comfy beds. Clean. With proper curtains blocking light. Big and very powerful shower. Amazing complementary Toiletries. ⭐️ 5 stars for Hanna the butler

The complementary breakfast was quite basic, not bad but not as great as everything else.

I love how incredibly close it is to the airport!! Room was sooo spacious. The free airport shuttle was so handy and comes so frequently, with such friendly drivers. Breakfast is included too so I’m happy with that! It’s also very close to Kia Forum where we watched a concert. So if you’re going there or need to be close to the airport, definitely recommend staying here!!

Lovely room, really close to the airport and the free shuttle was quick and regular. Food and drink options available to buy in reception which was great. I had to work whilst I was there and the desk made it all really easy. Would stay here again.

It was great. There was only one small thing is that a guest information book in the room would have been really helpful as I wasn’t sure where breakfast was or what time it finished. To be fair they did tell me when I checked in but I couldn’t remember and couldn’t find anything in the room where it was written down. But that is the only negative, everything else was great.

Our room was newly renovated, very generous in size and beautifully appointed. Lovely Neutrogena amenities in the bathroom. The complimentary Shuttle bus service from and to LAX was convenient with the hotel being close to the airport. Great selection of groceries items like frozen meals etc for sale at the hotel as well as a nicely appointed restaurant with a good selection of dishes. Breakfast included with accommodation which is a great bonus.

It was super convenient. We had an unexpected lay over at LAX and I was able to book the hotel online that was really easy, the shuttle came really quick, and it was a quick and easy hotel to get to. It was so nice to have such a comfy bed to have a rest in before our flight the next morning

For our purposes, It was actually perfect. If I was going on vacation, though, I wouldn’t stay there. The views aren’t great and it’s in one of my not so favourite parts of LA. I found it very expensive as well, especially with the dollar exchange
