I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this hotel. It is very modern and has plentiful amenities. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning even if it was not much, it was enough to get our day started. Staff was very helpful too.

Parking is very difficult if you have your own rental car, so you are basically forced to get Valet if you want to have an easier time, but unfortunately you can only take it until 11 pm which limited us somewhat.

Decor was great and felt different, the games area was so fun for our kids, it was welcoming, clean, modern and we loved it so much that when we returned to San Francisco for the third part of our travels we cancelled the hotel we were due to stay at and returned here.

The location is very close to tenderloin, go one block further and you’ll find people walking around shouting, swearing at nothing, really bad drug problems it seems and it doesn’t feel very safe. that said just walk the other way and you’ll be in union square and feel much safer.

Room was nice and spacious. Great desk space. Staff was wonderful, accommodating, and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful too. We got 2 adjoining rooms so that was great too!

View was of an alleyway with homeless people shooting up so... that wasn't so great but obviously not their fault. SF in general is not a safe city so that's not unique to this hotel. Not a fan of extra "amenity fees" for services/products that you have to actively ask for, but that's common with many hotels.

I love everything about this Hotel. There were so many fine touches. the staff was beyond wonderful for example walking me out to show me the location of a great restaurant, personal wake-up call with advice that is was colder than usual. Down comforter…yea. So many hotels have gone to cheaper blankets that are cold and far less comfortable. Finally the two head shower and a scale in the immaculate bathroom.

The staff goes well above and beyond to take care of guests - without even needing to be asked. Needed to store my bikes, valet my vehicle, steam my clothes and grab dinner before the ballet. All was taken care of with no stress and full smiles. This is my second stay and I'm beyond impressed with the cleanliness, hospitality and luxe accommodations. I don't think there's a better value in the city than Zetta.

I loved how nice and helpful every person that works there was from the man at the door after hours to the valet, front desk, and the cleaning crew. Literally above and beyond.

I wish there was just a normal coffee machine in the room and not the espresso thing we had. I don't drink coffee but listening to my roommates whine about it was a nightmare for me.

The hotel is located near many attractions and right on the BART line which is great for getting around town and to SFO airport! The rooms were comfortable with soft beds. I especially liked the walk-in shower! Staff was warm and friendly and always willing to help. Great stay!

Due mostly to COVID they didn't have much to offer for breakfast but there are a number of places nearby to grab a bite to eat.

Very nice hotel with exceptional location, perfect for attending exhibitions at Moscone center. Room comfortable and clean.

There is no breakfast option in the morning. The price of some services is quite high.

missing items from the Nintendo switch and can only be used for one person so waste of time having it if you want to play 2 player. staff didn’t always understand what we were asking for/ requesting so was frustrating when your trying to help them improve

Nice big windows. Location was good in term of proximity to shopping and cable cars. Bed was comfortable.

Sometimes Alexa didn't do what we asked. That needs a little tweaking. And there was no full-length mirror in the room which is important for me and my daughter. we had to go to the hallway to see ourselves.
