The complimentary breakfast was very good, albeit somewhat limited in variety. The room was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. A variety of good snacks were available, albeit at somewhat elevated prices.

Some protein at breakfast and more reasonably priced snacks would have been nice.

The stay at the hotel was very comfortable and accommodating. It had everything I needed for the time I was there.

The coffee was the worst coffee I had ever tasted. Also I was looking forward to going into the pool but it was closed due to maintenance.

Rooms, clean and spacious. Staff friendly and welcoming

Bathroom light/fan and airco ditioner were loud. Bathroom was so loud, we used our cellphones at night so we didn't wake each other up.

The front desk employee. She was so helpful and very professional. Other employees I ran in to, were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and got my day started on a positive note.

I thought that Comfort Suites would have been all suites. The hotel room had a sofa and was nice. I was just thrown off base by the Suites in the name.

Check in was easy and the lobby was very clean. I like that there was a covered area to load and unload the car also! Definitely get the egg and cheese bagged breakfast because the one with sausage was horrendous to say the least.

The shower was dirty and had terrible pressure on top of not draining. There was some hairs in the sheets that was not owned by my family and there were little things that showed the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before we entered. It was also kind of far of the highway when we needed it to be easy on and off but it was near super inexpensive gas so that made the little drive worth it.

Very clean hotel, check in was easy. Housekeeping was outstanding and very accommodating for my family of 5. I don't remember the housekeeper name with the red head band but she was very accommodating to our needs and made sure we have clean towels and washcloths! Thank you!

Pool and gym wasn't opened. Need more options for breakfast. Cereal and juice did not cut it!

Easy to find location. Super staff. We had a problem with our room but this was quickly remedied.

The pet rooms were all in the basement. Our first room looked as though it hadn't been cleaned. Fortunately, they were able to quickly move us to another room and we had a nice stay.

Good Room. Comfortable room & Bed. Good Breakfast Overnight stay while traveling.

Couch and headboard could use a good cleaning- lots of crumbs on couch, headboards on beds…..?

Clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Muffins cereal,juice, yogurt, sausage egg and cheese muffin. Great variety. Stayed one night on way to the the Smoky Mountains and stayed qgain at same place on our return trip home!

The beds were too hard for my liking.

Nice quiet facility. Comfortable room. Cozy bed. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Enjoyed our stay.

minor cleaning areas. Very clean for hotel standards but would not pass the "mother-in-law" white glove test. Disappointed that the pool was not open.
