I like the location and the price. The room was clean and easy to get too.

It said that there was a pool which there was but it wasn't able to be used and the staff were taking personal calls and not helping guests like they should have been. It said that photo IDs were required at check-in and mine was never asked for..

It was clean and comfortable, I found the bed to be hard but my husband thought it was perfect, go figure. Breakfast was good and hot, plenty of options, and Ms Jessie and Kourt were delightful. Any concerns or issues we had were handled promptly and fully. It was a great experience and we will be back.

The lightbulb above our sink was burned out, and I would have expected housekeeping to notice that when cleaning the room, but as soon as we brought it to their attention they came and fixed it right away

I received excellent service both times that I stayed here. Clerks at the desk or knowledgeable.

Near The floor trim was coming up between the bathroom and the main portion of the room where it was fraying and attack from the carpet tack was poking through and I stopped on it...

Everything was nice, beds were comfortable, and pillows were nice. Bathroom was big, more counter space then most. Very friendly front desk.

Could not run the fan, which I use to help me sleep. Had to turn the air conditioner on as low as it would go. To keep it running. Bathroom didn't have a fan.. lol. But overall it wasn't a big issue. Housekeeping bangs on your door at 10am. My kid lost her earring and was looking for it and crying because it was given to her from someone whos deceased, it was 11:04 and the front desk is calling asking why we are still there. Everything was ready by the door, we were just looking for the earring.

Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful

The check in/check out people were very friendly, the free breakfast was good, and the beds were very comfortable.

The floors could have been vacuumed better and the desk chair in room 114 has seen better days but works.

The location couldn't be any better The room was spacious and clean, staff was very friendly and consider it... It was reasonably quiet in the evenings I stayed in a king suite and spent under $150 for two nights that's a pretty good deal!!! I don't know if it's the fact that I have one of the new mattresses or what but I have to say unfortunately I felt every spring in that bed other than that the stay was perfect

Worn out areas of room such as carpet had enough wear at bathroom door that carpets tacks could be felt. Paint peals in couple areas. Otherwise good accomodations for area and price.

Safe location, very quiet, comfortable rooms with lots of space.

Ice machine on the second floor doesn’t work

The staff was friendly, especially Cindy at the front desk! Everything was as it should be for a hotel stay. It was very quiet which made for a good night's sleep.
