Tina in breakfast did well managing a large group of teenagers . When spoken with her, she was executing without the knowledge of the size of group needing to be served and time was essential for Robotics competition. She came in early on Saturday, to prepare better, and had an excellent hot and ready breakfast. Front desk did well with accommodating us to get an extra room last minute due to a snowstorm. Great phone communication and personal communication. Housekeeping did not know that our room had become stay over, but right away they pulled it together and provided us a change of towels.

I would suggest placing the right amount of towels for the size of their rooms to accommodate, especially if they know how many people are staying ahead of time. Requesting towels is a additional to be on time for events or business can be timely. I understand that it is only if the room is honest on their size, in this situation for us we should have had 5 towel sets because we notified Booking of 4 and we also informed hotel by adding the extra day and a cot. Not sure but house keeping needs to be notified of the size.

Breakfast options were good. The suite was huge and we really enjoyed the hot tub in the room. The stay couldn't have been much better.

The ice maker was very loud outside our room. But... we didn't hear anyone use it after about 10:30pm.

Everything was very nice. Breakfast was great and we loved the fact that we can take some food with us on the road. Personal was very friendly and helpful.

We wish we had more time to spend there.

Breakfast was awesome. I was blown away by the fact that it was actually hot and full of options. My 16 year old daughter woke up not feeling well. It was such a comfort to just walk a few feet from my room and not have to go outside to eat.

The parking lot needs lines. Also, because you only have the 2 carts for baggage and since covid is still very prevalent, it would have been nice if you had a wipe dispenser for the safety of All.

The breakfast was amazing, the room was nice and beds are comfortable. Great location.

Room still smelled of marijuana upon arrival, the hotel must have been aware cause they had a ozone machine still in the room trying to get rid of smell.

The hotel was clean. The staff was great. We decided to extend our stay for another night, but ended up with car trouble that morning and had to head home instead. The staff was very helpful and greatly appreciated. We will stay here again in the future.

Location easy to get to and plenty of parking. Rooms clean and updated. Breakfast area good with typical hot breakfast items plentiful. Check in easy, and room very comfortable.

It was a quiet, clean hotel. Very nice.

After giving my name at the desk, they tried to charge me the regular rate. I had to remind them that I had a reservation through Booking.com before they gave me the discounted rate.
