Our first room, had a problem with the door, reported to the office and they quickly moved us and upgraded our room , great stay. We used the pool was also great , rooms were clean , location was close to the strip but also far enough, for fresher air , so much smoke at Other hotels , this was great for what we were looking for, thank you

There was a big parking place for free, spacy room and comfortable bed.

We couldnt open the window-after we asked at the reception they said its not possible at any room, air conditioning was smelly after some time.

The price was good, especially for being only a couple blocks away from the strip. There are no stupid fees attached to the price at Sonesta as opposed to all the hotels on the strip. The accommodations were nice for the price as well, not extravagant but nice.

There was a slow drain in the when showering, which is one of my pet peeves. Many of the occupants smoke weed in their rooms, but whose fault is that? It's legal but annoying if you're not a stoner too I guess. 🙄

Location was easy to find. Checking in is exactly 4 pm and checkout is 11 am. Padking is convenient and is $10/day. No cash only credit card. Stayed at a one bedroom and I loved it bc there is a pullout bed in living room. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and all clean. The fridge and microwave are also a plus! ! The fridge is a regular size not your dinky size like a regular hotel. The size of the riom was surprisingly big.. This place is good for the value.

We were originally booked at the Madi Gras Hotel. It was a horrible place filled with smoke and drunk people. The Sonesta took us in with no reservation and housed us for 8 days. We are very grateful!

The only thing that could have been better is getting the room cleaned more often. I know it is a new thing for hotels to clean less often and I completely agree with why. Whatever is best for the staff. They work very hard and do a great job.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Good working kitchen and refrigerator, nice comfortable bed and armchair and big desk to work on.

Room cleaning. I extended my stay for a 2nd week on a friday and even though i was told my room would be cleaned during the weekend it didn't. So i went to the front desk on Monday and they told me they would do it "tommorow"... They didn't... I didn't bother asking again so i stayed 14 days without even getting my otherwise perfect room cleaned at all!!!

Access to the pool was awesome. Large space, the pull out bed was exceptional. Staff was professional and polite. Key was required to enter the building but not for the elevator which is good in a 3 story.

Couch/toilet had stain(s) on it and a picture in the kitchen area was missing which made the living room area look undone or under construction, as it was cardboard with measurement writing on it. Couch blankets were not provided for couch and staff did not deliver to the room.

i like the location not too far from the strip, they have side door access which is convenient for at night, water pressure and heat is shower is awesome, and room heater worked perfectly

the key will stop working for the side and front door after about 24 hours, this is my second stay here and it happened the first time too :( everything else is great tho

It wasn't huge, but it was a nice, cozy place for us to sleep on most of the days then lounge about in all day for the last day (to recover). It was really nice that there was a full fridge for keep leftovers and beverages, and had we had time/wanted to cook, the kitchen space offered lots of options (coffee pot, toaster, microwave, and stove/oven).

Nothing particularly comes to mind. The AC blows right by the end of the bed so my toes would get cold, but that's mitigated by blankets.

good price. we went with my in laws so the fact that there was a separate bedroom was very nice. I liked that there was a whole kitchen.

there was a opened left over package of food in the cabinet and a half used roll of toilet paper left for us to use. cabinets and drawers were broken and banged up.
