Breakfast was very good, they had a good selection. Staff was very friendly, especially Angela at the front desk. she was very friendly, helpful, and when I reported a remote control issue to another employee in the late shift, nothing was done. Next day I brought it up to Angela, she resolved it right away. I did see the renovation going on and it looks like it’s going to be an even more beautiful modern hotel. The rooms are very spacious and I do like the layout. The Kitchenette was a nice touch especially for those with family and staying long term.

Only issue I had while staying at the hotel was because of the renovation going in it caused one elevator to be out of service for 2 days. Which made it difficult to use for guests and your staff to have a longer wait. Other issue was during the evenings there were severals guest that were outside smoking marijuana, by the entrance and on the side walk where everyone walks to get to their cars. The tubs have the stain of the Matt I’m assuming was provided at one point. The rugs could use and upgrade or shampooing more often. I did use the laundry room great machines but the room was extremely hot and even the hallways were a bit warm as if no circulation I’m wondering if it was to to the renovations.

The rooms are large and comfortable, it was such a great spread for.breakfast, waffles, fruits eggs and potatoes, coffee is served all day and night. The business centered really saved me !!!! Printers and computer, there an indoor pool and workout room.

The construction was well controlled indoors so where it did not ruin the ambiance or feel of the hotel under renovations, however paint got on my car the placed the cover on it too late and I hope it comes off, it's grey the color of the building and I have a black car its even on my windshield. Be careful though if yiu pay with a debit card it is a 75.00 a day hold each day, if staff would have Informed me I would have used a credit card, they said its returned upon check out but it takes 3 to 5 days to refund to your card so If you depend on those funds for your trip you could be in a bind.

I traveled with my husband and son to visit family in NYC. The gym was excellent for me ! Loved the cardio - especially the Pelaton & it was always very clean. We really enjoyed the pool each morning . We also loved the patio area to relax .The breakfast was extraordinary ! It met all of our various needs. We also appreciated the business center for the computers & printer access. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful I’ve seen in any hotel in years !

I wish it was near a supermarket ! But as for the hotel itself, perfect! I wouldn’t change a thing .

The staff was exceptional in difficult remodelling circumstances. Particularly, Front Office Manager, Shannon Leslie, and the Director of Operations, Sophia Campbell, tended to our issues with no hot water and the inconvenience of working around the delivery of new furniture for the entire stay. With that said, the location was very convenient and when the renovations are completed, it would be a good choice in the Hastings area.

Large room with comfortable bed and plenty of room to move around. Appreciated 2 chairs in the room. Breakfast was great with make your own waffles!

There was no reservation there when I arrived. Luckily they had a room, booked me in and charged me the full rate - $834 Then you charged me $207.92. This is a duplicate charge, by booking.com. The hotel has no record of the charge.

Everything was absolutely pleasant! Asia, Tate and Rich greeted my family and I. And from that moment alone, I knew our stay was going to be amazing. And it was! When we come to NY, this is definitely our first choice. Thank you for a wonderful experience. FYI. The staff was totally unaware that we were in town dealing with the death and funeral of a very close family member. To have been treated with such respect and compassion actually made our time of bereavement easier to manage

I like it but value wise is not on par with Marriot court yard in Yonkers. I think you serve one of the best free breakfast in any hotel in this area.

Everything ! On value second to nearby Marriot courtyard . Yes you have an incredible free breakfast much larger rooms etc but value wise second to your nearby Marriot courtyard. Are you a better hotel(esp they still have no reopened certain things ) yes you are absolutely better hotel !

Completely remodeled. Electric outlets for charging are everywhere. Staff welcomed us every time we entered, told us to have a good day as we left. Even the cleaning staff was super friendly and helpful. We went to a Yankees game, short drive to Yonkers to get the train to the game. Nice breakfast, clean, very clean. We WILL be back.

Good location close 13 mins drive from shopping area and movie theater etc. I did see they overbooked when I was there so I would call ahead before you stay to confirm your room Incase it’s super busy. I also looked it up its a 45 mins drive from Woodbury commons if interested also.

Had a pool, room was big (king sweet), continental complimentary breakfast,staff let us get a late check out complimentary.
