The facility and the room was very nice. I like that it had everything in one spot, bars restaurants and venue.

That it was hard to make reservations to eat. I wanted to try the steakhouse but couldn't. Also the buffet was lackluster.

The pool was a good temperature, and there were two jacuzzis, so even if one was full, we could just use the other. Even though it was October, we still felt like was we’re in the tropics! The hotel was very clean. The refrigerator was small but not too bad. I was surprised at how quiet the bathroom ventilation system was! It is very nice hotel! We went to B-Prime steakhouse. Steak was so soft, fresh oyster was very fresh. The sushi was also very good! We were celebration 25th anniversary, and I told the server only one word. She looks like didn’t listen.however we were surprised when they presented us with an anniversary cake the end of the meal! We had a very wonderful time to celebrate! Thank you very much!

The parking lot and the hotel were faraway, so we had to walk quite a distance.

I didn’t like being charged a Resort fee for one night stay.

Loved the night life and lay out of the facility.The tower was amazing and is a great section that we will definitely be revisiting. The decor and the cleanliness was on point. Best part of the trip.

Seemed like the smoking areas grew and made it difficult to sit at the B Bar and relax before dinner. Very disappointed in that. Not sure what the thought process was to have a small non smoking section surround a smoking section. If that's the lay out then have better ventilation for those areas. Noticed several times people smoking in the non smoking areas. I get there has to be a area for all but the area needs to be set up better.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. We were minutes away from the outlets and the beach. Everything else was right in the hotel so we really didn't need to leave for anything. It was very clean and we appreciated the level of security. The pool area and garden offered the perfect tropical getaway feel. Checking in and out was super easy.

It was our first time visit and there were a few things we didn't understand. Example, I am a veteran and should of had free parking but we couldn't get the app to do that and there wasn't an actual person at the gate. There were a few times we missed out on savings or perks because we didn't know how to get them. The lighting in our room was not very bright. I get the low light mood feeling they're going for but it's awful for applying makeup or reading. Take your own if u plan to do these things. Not enough outlets by the bed .

The hotel itself definitely deserves the 5 star rating! Everything was perfect, the staff were immaculate- so helpful, friendly and professional. Every member of staff we got to have a conversation with was happy to answer any questions. We dined at the Food Hall Eatery- Breakfast time and Asian fusion, both of which were really good and not too pricey. We also got an opportunity to dine at Angeline’s (reservation necessary), which was a good experience as well. The hostess, our sweet waitress and food runners were kind and friendly. Food was also tasty and of good quality! Parking at the hotel is paid but it’s not pricey at all, about $10 maybe. The cleaning staff as well as the housekeeping were doing an amazing job keeping our room and the rest of the hotel nice and clean. The common areas such as the lobby, casino, bars and all of the pools were really clean. I would definitely come back!

The room was extremely clean and we were pleased to have such a great water view. The shower was fantastic and the bed was super comfortable. Very pleased with the accommodations!

The air-conditioning unit seems to shut off with the lack of movement in the room at night and when out during the day. This caused the room to become warm and very humid. It was quickly cleared up once the unit started running but overnight it was a little annoying. Bar areas were packed Friday and Saturday night making getting a drink and watching the entertainment difficult. Saturday night it was impossible to find a spot at any bar. Would love to see another option for late evening drinks.

Room was large and well appointed

The Sebastian Maniscalco show was great, but seats were extremely uncomfortable. For $600 I expected something better than a folding chair. And staff at the show was rude - after the show they basically chased us out of the hall while 100's of people were still trying to get to the escalator in the hall.

Your employee fatimah helped me retrieve my lost luggage from my bus ride she went above and beyond outside of her job to help me & I really appreciated that.

Convenience of staying in same hotel as comedy show, Izakawa restaurant was VERY good (not sure why the steakhouse was closed though).

Room was not as clean as expected. There was broken glass on the corner of the bathroom countertop. Also, very poor lighting in the room in terms of reading or putting on makeup.
