The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was on old french fry on the floor in the bathroom corner under the sink. And when I went to lay down in the bed by the windows I found a single use needle cap under the fitted sheet because I felt something hard. So I'm not even 100% sure the sheets were changed. I was coming back from a concert in Cleveland and I was too tired to complain, so I just went to bed.

The room was good sized, the bed was comfortable, the roon was clean with a refrigerator that was actually cold. Traveling again I will have this one ready to rebook. Thank you for a most pleasant stay.

No laundry bag. Hotels used to provide them it would be nice to have something to put your dirties in.

Breakfast was ok . Typical for a Inn .

Bathroom fan was not funtional , few hairs spotted on bed sheets , small amount of settled dust on furniture and bed headboards . But other than that , a pleasant place to stay . 😊😊😊 . Would stay here again . I work as a custodian in the Schools , so thats why Im giving my honest review .

It was very clean in lobby and room. It was hot- but air in room turned on and cooled down very quick! Easy to get to from exit ramp and back to travels when leaving. 20 min drive to newer shopping area and food selections. Kind staff. Will stay again!

I feel the pet fee was a bit much for a pet friendly hotel. $25 per pet was a little steep especially when you have two small dogs who are house trained. I could see charging a deposit of $25 a dog, and returning the deposit once you see the room was not destroyed by the animal. I figure $10 a dog would be more reasonable.

Breakfast , what can u say? If you like toast and cereal your good. Eggs and sausage were cold, juice machine work intermittently. The staff needs to be more attentive to things that run out.

the rooms were a great size and very comfy. the indoor pool was a great bonus and it has jets!

Getting in contact with the property to confirm adjoining rooms was a little difficult, but we stopped on our way to our destination and the friendly staff hooked us right up.

Location was what we needed to visit family and it was pretty clean.

The breakfast was not great. A carbohydrate loaded preservative loaded brown bag. Received a water bottle, a prepackaged breakfast sandwich a little Debbie cake/ Twinkie and a nutria grain bar. No fruit no juice no protein. Coffee in lobby was decent but the juice machine they had wasn’t being used. We just took the bag and just ate breakfast elsewhere. Some debris in the ice holder which meant not cleaned. The AC unit had issues but my husband finally figured out how to keep it on since we think the thermostat was not working. Very weird pool. Overall the hotel did the job we wanted.

Could have been more generous with shower necessities, but I suppose people steal them so understandable.
