The room was mostly comfortable. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at any hotel we have stayed at. Your staff were very friendly and professional.

The bed was not as comfortable as it looked on your advertisement, but we survived it . The property was difficult for us to get around with all the stairs and the first time we left our room to get dinner we got lost because there were no signs pointing to the lobby, which meant we climbed even more stairs than necessary. We both have limited mobility, and this property is really not equipped to handle that, and it was not just the stairs. Walking around to get to anything was out of the question with all the inclines of the paths. Anytime we wanted to get to the lobby area, we actually had to drive around the facility to get there.

The pond n outside was beautiful the staff was incredible except the bar tended at the bar not ran by the hotel but in the hotel that lady was a b.i t.CAPITAL C. H needless to say. But it was a good experience overall definitely clean, and I'll be coming back for sure.

The bed was not the best mattress I have ever slept on and I might of woken up with a slight kink.

We had a comfortable room with two queen beds. The shower was large and we liked the heat lamp in the bathroom. The breakfast was nice. The pool is lovely.

Our room was close to the road. Next time, we will get a room away from the road and near the pond. The sound of the fountain would be soothing.

The central fountain was excellent white noise. Double king room was spacious and comfortable, staff were all very helpful and friendly. Pool was very good place to relax.

Breakfast was typical fare, not bad, but not our preferred. Parking and navigation was not immediately clear or close to room.

I have stayed here for about 6 years when visiting my daughter, who lives about 10 min. From motel. Staff is amazing and very accomadating. A best kept secret for Portland tourists! Breakfast is always amazing.

I liked that this motel is outside of Portland, so it seems much safer and you don‘t have junkies/homeless people around. Supermarkets and the train are closeby, so perfect for a roadtrip stop.

There was too much plastic usage e.g. the breakfast cutlery was plastic.

It met my expectations but my last BW stay was a Plus so the breakfast had more options. But, the bar/dining exceeded my expectations. Most of all the Fitness center is one of the best I’ve visited. Pelaton and other new equipment really made my stay great.

Improve the breakfast prep a little bit

Clean facilities. Restaurant onsite serving fantastic ribeye steaks. Best breakfast spread I've seen in years. Nice view of the pond and fountain from our king room.

No elevators. Climbing stairs was required to get our room, AND down to the breakfast room.

the web page said the pool and hot tub were open for use… that information was completely inaccurate. i had a very disappointed girl. the suggestion for food were rather limited and were mostly bars or lounges.. it would be nice to see some more family oriented food laces recognized on your suggestion list .

Breakfast great, property well maintained, nice pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly and the ones I ran into always greeted us with a smile and asked how we were doing.

Booked through booking.com. I booked a two queen bed setup. When I arrived at the hotel and got keys to the room we opened the door to a 1 king bed setup. I called front desk and was told there were no more 2 queen bed rooms available and that they would possibly have one ready on our second day. We made due with the one king bed even though it wasnt what I had originally reserved. Though the hotel front desk staff stated both rooms were the same price, I do feel that some sort of compensation for the inconvenience would have been nice. Afterall, they are the hospitality business and from what I understand is that these places are supposed to work for the customer and not against them.
