The staff went above and beyond. When we checked in, there was a known issue with our A/C. Unfortunately, ours was the only King room left. The staff called the maintenance personnel right away to remedy the situation. Since we hadn't eaten, we opted to go out for dinner while they worked on our room. When we got back, the A/C was working and they gave us a $25 gift card to Dickey's BBQ for our troubles. I was very impressed and appreciative of the customer service received.

Clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The room was clean, the bed large and comfy. The bathroom was sparkling (abit looking a little aged - but everything worked well). Wifi worked brilliantly. Location was great for what I wanted it for. Plenty of food options within walking distance. I'd stay again!

Breakfast - everything was super packaged and processed, and it all contained huge amounts of sugar. Only healthy thing offered was a lone banana.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was pretty clean for an aged location. Breakfast was small, but adequate. Had some yogurt, fresh fruit and waffles. The pool was nice, but a little on the cold side. Not heated. We would stay here again.

Not much. Everything was satisfactory. Some definite signs of age, but I've been in newer hotels that were dirtier.

It has a nice indoor pool, the location was excellent for my needs (visiting a friend close by), a good basic breakfast (really liked the waffles). This Quality Inn is excellent value for the money.

carpet in rooms, not a big deal but still something I usually try to avoid. no elevator :( also not a huge deal but if you travel w a cooler full of drinks like do then it can be a bit inconvenient. overall it was a solid place though

We loved the indoor pool area. We were able to hang out with our family and play cards at the table at the pool

The mattresses could be a little more comfortable, after 2 nights my back and hips were done.

Overall pleasant and no hassles with check in or check out. Amenities were nice and staff extremely pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was a little late getting set up but overall all good.

I really liked the location of the hotel.

I didn’t like that in our shower there was a cut bin slip mat. I also didn’t like that we seen a few bugs in bathroom.

The location is perfect for a shopping trip to the Premium Outlet Mall. Only minutes away. Had a bath tub, which is hard to find in hotel rooms these days.

The lighting was a little dim. Nothing horrible but a little brighter bulbs would be nice
