(No breakfast.) Coffee made in room was actually pretty good - used tap water. The night lighting at the back side of facility was bright, fully lighting the building and parking area. Generally, clean.

Very messy grounds at back of building, esp by stairs. Steep stairway. A/C unit was filthy - we asked for non-smoking but it was a smoking room. Upholstered chair was not clean and was seriously worn (splits in fabric). Bed pillows very flat.

It was very run down on the backside, but it did look like they were updating some things. I was not very impressed by the interior of the room, the bed coverings were extremely wrinkled, but at least they were clean.

Nice beds, and clean bathroom and coffee maker and coffee packets all in good order. Friendly check in and check out. Had some trouble with the TV, but the WiFi worked great and I had my phone and tablet with me, so it was not big deal. I just watched my shows on those. Thanks!

The TV was a bit difficult to manage, but I was probably just not doing something right. I "cut the cord" on cable years ago, so I've kinda lost the skill to figure out "regular TVs" any more. ;).
