The location was nice- it was close to a gas station, coffee shop, restaurants and the interstate.

Parking could have been better, the complimentary breakfast needed some attention (not a great selection and the food was, at best, okay), the elevator seemed to struggle (so we primarily used the stairs since we were only on the 2nd floor), there was no ice/vending on the second floor- only on the 1st and 3rd, and the shower head in the bathroom was old and couldn’t be properly adjusted- it was either a mist or a jet.

Nice hotel. Fairly easy to find. Denny's right across the street. Heater worked well. Beds were comfortable. Enough amenities in the room. Vending machine down the hall was great for snacks. Excellent breakfast with enough choices for everyone. We had the pool and jacuzzi all to ourselves. Would stay there again. Front desk reception was friendly and helpful.

I couldn't find the front entrance at first, but eventually found it on the highway side.

Kellie at the front desk was AMAZING! She had such great customer service and was super accommodating. She helped our group with an early check in that helped us out so much. She knew how to run a staff amongst a busy time.

The night manager "kicked us out" of the commons area at night when we were simply sitting and having a conversation. We were not loud or causing any trouble. All other hotels we have stayed at have allowed us to use these areas with no issues. I can understand if we were generating complaints or being loud, but that was not the case. The next morning a sign magically appeared that the area closed at 10pm.

Requested a 1st floor room and they accommodated us. The room was very quiet. We travel with two dogs and they enjoyed the room too.

I wouldn't say we didn't like it but they should post their entire pet policy on Booking.com in the policies section. We had no problems with it but it could be for others.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff were polite and professional.

The only thing I didn't like was that we stayed for 3 nights but only had enough coffee in our room for two cups. It was not a major issue because coffee was available at breakfast.

Everything OK...except when I arrived around 9pm to check in, no one was at the desk, had to wait 6-10 mins at desk the for the desk person to come back in from her smoke break outside to check me in. I walked past her outside the building but didnt realize she was the only person for the desk.

Jacuzzi was the best we've experienced. The pool was also great. Breakfast was one of the best. The room was nice and very comfortable. Washer and dryer worked. Plenty of towels were supplied

Breakfast was good, staff was great, room was clean and no bed bugs! Very happy with our stay.

Only thing that I didn't like was the shower that we got. It is nearly impossible for the water to not fall out of the shower floor. I felt bad just leaving a bunch of towels on the floor since it was so wet and I didn't want housekeeping to slip and fall due to all the water on the floor. Also, I wish my partner and I got a room like we had the first time (1st floor and very spacious room compared to 3rd floor and pretty small room).

Breakfast was excellent and thank you for the extra baby bed you had everyone was great and nice. Each time we would come down front desk people would talk to us and ask if we need anything. Poop was nice and cleaned.

Large room, comfortable facilities. Breakfast provided even though I was told the hotel would charge the same without breakfast. Convenient location near local airport and Waukesha expo grounds.

Hotel could use some redecorating. OK breakfast, but staff are only "allowed" to serve pre-frozen hot items like packaged egg disks and sausages. Other BW hotels provide a more comprehensive buffet.
